My father has been ill for 10 months and until he came into Dr. Kannan’s care no other Dr. Had taken the time or interest to care for him. Dr Kannan has provided top medical care & attention in aiding to his recovery and has shown genuine concern to our family. Dr. Kannan and his staff are amazing and have made a difference in our life. They are a true asset to the community.

Dr. Kannan is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is always advocating for me and my safety. Being diagnosed with a very rare disease, Dr. Kannan did his research and made sure I had all of the right treatments to ensure that I would combat it properly. It is because of him that I am now in remission just 7 months after receiving my diagnosis. He always looks at patients holistically, and will provide the best evidence-based research to care for you. He is an inspiration! Thank you to Dr. Kannan and the staff there. I could not express my appreciation any more!

Been my doctor for a few years now. He makes you feel like a person instead of a patient. I feel like he really cares about the people that he serves as a doctor for. Since being my doctor, my overall health has improved. There has never been a time that he didnt give me good sound advice. Whenever I'm having any kind of health problems, he doesn't stop until he gets to the bottom of whatever is ailing me. Wouldn't trade him for another doctor ever! I know that I am in good hands with him as my physician.

Dr. Kannan is very thorough. He gets right on to find out your needs and takes care of them through careful assessment. He does not got give you the run around. I highly recommend Dr. Kannan to anyone who wants a Doctor that is knowledgeable, honest and kind.

I have been seeing Dr Arul Kannan for nearly eight years now. I am very happy with him . He is a Great Doctor . I have had many issues with my health. I count myself very blessed to have him as my Doctor!!!

Terrible service! Front desk have no Customer service skills. The doctor is always trying to rush you out without Properly Assessing or addressing your needs. Also, Calling clients for an appointment that was scheduled 6-7month in advance is forbidden at this place. They do not call to remind you of your appointment and then charge you when you do not show up. It almost seems like they Purposely do this. They want to charge your insurance company for a service that you did not receive. Again, Terrible service and I definitely will not recommend this place.

I would not recommend this Dr at all, not because of the Dr but because of his secretary. I had an appointment almost two months ago, I am still waiting for his office to schedule appointments the Dr wanted me to have. I have called every week since and I am continually told “you will be called when the appointment is made” ... so I am still waiting.

I am very disappointed in the way the front office operates. They are not personable and seem unfriendly. They stay behind closed windows and unseen and hard to approach or even be recognized you are present. They used to call and give reminders about appointments, now they no longer do that, and then threaten to drop as patient and charge when miss appointments that were scheduled 6months in advance. The wait time in the office is horrendous. It will be over an hour and sometimes close to two after appointment time before you get seen.

I do NOT recommend this doctor at all
