We had an incredible massage here yesterday. Prenatal for myself and deep tissue for a friend. We both felt incredibly looked after - our therapists asked us what was concerning us and definitely made the massage feel personalized. We will be back!

I have had the pleasure of being a client for 3+ years! Alex is such a sweet person who is professional and has great customer service. She is the only esthetician I let do my eyelashes. I have super sensitive eyes, and she has taken the time to figure out what works on my eyes, and what doesn’t. She makes the environment comfortable and relaxing. If I ever have an issue she is quick to help and cares so much about her clients. I recently had a massage/cupping there with a girl named Jessica. It was the BEST MASSAGE. I went in with aches, pains, and tightness in my upper back, and left feeling relaxed. They only use quality professional products. If you are out on the East end, it’s worth the visit!

Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Once you step through the door you are greeted by all the lovely ladies who work here. The spa is clean and smells amazing. Alex is great and has done an outstanding job. My nail technician Paola did a beautiful manicure that was meticulous and very relaxing - finished off with a lovely hand and arm massage. This is a great place to have it all! Shopping and relaxing! Highly recommend.

My husband and I both had the pleasure of having massage services from Alex and Paula while we were on a weekend getaway this weekend. We get massage services often and I have to say that my experience was on the top of our list! They were very knowledgeable and professional We will be scheduling appointments again!

I saw Neytiv Spa’s article on Newsday and thought it would be nice to take my girlfriend and I there for a couples spa day. Boy was I right! We instantly felt a calming and welcoming atmosphere! Alex was so kind to us and made our stay super pleasant! We got a couples massage and a mani pedi. Both experiences were great and her staff were very kind to us. I even bought myself a llama sweater that was made in Ecuador from their unique boutique! We definitely will be visiting again soon!
