As a new customer, I was blown away by the quick response to set up the appointment (same day within hours). The professionalism of the gentlemen who came out was superior. They explained everything they were doing as well as making sensible recommendations for additional work that should be done. I would heartily recommend this company.

The plumbers Kevin and Justin were so professional and pleasant. They found the leak problem quite quickly and repaired it. Bathroom was left in such good order. Recommend using this team again.

Beware of John Hobby's scheduling policy. The hourly rate begins when the plumbers leave the previous job. In my case it took a good fifteen minutes ($55) for them to arrive. The scheduler told me that my arrival window was between 1- 4 PM, So when I returned home at 12:40, I was surprised to see the plumbers already at my door. In actuality I only had them for about 35 minutes for the $220 hour. I had three fairly simple jobs to do (clear a drain and replace two toilet fill valves), but they could only get to two of the jobs within the hour. I give them 5 stars for the quality of the work, but zero stars for their scheduling policy.

Worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Female office worker would rather argue on the phone when asked to email a copy of a bill, and 4 times in one week had to have a plumber over for separate problems 2 out of the 4 were corrected the other two were an obvious lack of knowledge or training. The technician was a nice guy but nice doesn't fix the problem or adjust the gross amount that they charged to NOT fix the problem. One charge however was reversed when I explained that local plumber just had to change the filter for the oil burner to correct the problem. Will never use this company again.

My experience was not good. Unfortunately, the quality of installation did not hold up as promised and we have suffered because of it.

This is my first time with a construction related job gone bad. Although, John Hobby Plumbers Inc. chooses to deflect blame by pointing fingers at other contractors, at the end of the day "a man is only as good as his word."

Rude ripped off my 88 year old. Charged 500 dollars for a 200 dollar job.

Work for them for 3 months worst experience ever!
