The Reach on Goodale

I’ve lived in other apartments before and I can happily say The Reach on Goodale has been a wonderful place to call home!

One of the newer apartments in Columbus/Grandview the Reach has all you need and more! Well-appointed common areas, beautifully and well maintained pool, gym, multiple dog parks, deluxe coffee machine, and secure mailroom to name a few. The units themselves are well-built with huge closest and laundry units included. Residents are respectful of each other and lots of nice young professionals living here.

Most importantly of all we love the Reach staff! They’re always so helpful and friendly, and consistently put on fun events for residents. The security and maintenance staff do a fantastic job as well. We ❤ the Reach!

I have to call The Reach every week and get updated information. as we property managers know, market surveys are not fun. I usually get agents who do not want to provide their information, but every time I call The Reach, Aliyah is so professional and super friendly! She provides everything I need so seamlessly. I would recommend this place just from the customer service she provides!

I love living at the The Reach on Goodale. I have been here 2.5 years now and couldn't be happier. The resort style pool is always great for hanging out, meeting your neighbors, or just to relax. I also enjoy using the downstairs lobby to work. It is always clean and tidy and perfect place to get a coffee and get things done. My apartment is nice and spacious and also has a nice sized balcony as well. Lastly, it is a great location easy access to all highways and close to short north and Grandview. Bonuses are the new dog park and events that they throw! If you are looking for somewhere to live definitely check this place out!

Living at The Reach has been an overall great experience! The apartments are modern in style and very well kept. Whenever we have experienced issues in the apartment, the maintenance is there same day or next. The property staff is always more than willing to answer questions we have for them and were a huge help throughout our leasing process. I would recommend The Reach to anyone who’s looking to move to an apartment in Columbus!

Living at the Reach for two years has been an absolute movie. This has been the best apartment complex I have lived at in Columbus. The Craver which is the 1 bd/ 1.5 ba option is a corner unit and has TONS of natural light. I cannot find another place comparable to the Reach. The maintenance staff is near perfect and they respond to all requests in a day or less. Tiffany and Mike are incredible in the office and its been such a joy living there. The Reach has great people that live there and there is nowhere I'd recommend living more. (Not a single negative from the two years I've lived there).

I have been living at The Reach for 8 months now and I love it! We have already made plans to resign our lease. To start off the staff in both the office and the maintenance crew have been extremely nice and helpful. I have never seen a complex kept so clean in all of the common areas. The amenities are all great! The pool and outdoor area is so pretty and a great place to hang out on nice days. Having a gym in the building is such a great convenience. As far as the units I love our big open floor plan but my favorite part is the amount of natural light from all of the windows. All the units have great stainless steel appliances. The construction on the new building seems to be getting closer to finishing but in our time here hasn’t been an issue at all. The location is such a plus being so close to Short North, downtown and Grandview.

I lived at the reach for 1 year and 3 months in two different units. Amanda and Tiffany always addressed my issues or questions timely, as well as help me to the best that they could. I at one point lost my job and they helped me get into a studio and when I told them I would be paying rent late they worked with me to avoid eviction but still had to pay the late fees obviously. Antuan and Corey always helped keep the property clean, addressed maintenance issues quickly and always helped when possible. I moved out of state and Amanda went out of her way to scan me some mail that wasn't forwarded properly; sad to leave but I would lease here again. These are luxury apartments and they give you that service but they can not just void fees just because, they are a business and you should expect them to run like one; that is not to say that they do not care because of my above comment of helping me when I lost my job! Have realistic expectations and enjoy the amazing property, I loved all the staff and they are sooo nice and amazing of you are the same!

Just renewed my lease here! Maintenance is very quick to reply, often same day that you submit. The amenities all work well and are kept clean. Parking spots are assigned and you have to display a tag or you get towed.

Construction was loud at first but no longer is really ever an issue (in the outdoor entering buildings, not main) I have also had a couple friends move here as well, would highly recommend. The only big con I really have here is that the apartments don’t have much insulation from them and the noise can be annoying sometimes. A lot of the other cons that I would say are things that you’d know coming into living here (ie no trash shute, no guest parking, etc.)

New build, open concept, tall ceilings and massive windows! Location, location, location. Friendly and prompt staff work here. Highly recommend a tour if you’re searching for an apartment in the Grandview area.

I’ve lived here for close to two years and I love it. The location, the pool, the amenities, and the community events are all great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

Great place to live

Living at the reach has been great! My unit is beautiful - high ceilings, modern finishes, large balcony with a great view of the Columbus skyline all for a fair price. It’s a great location, within a 5 minute drive to any shopping needs and a quick scooter ride to the arena district/short north. I can actually see concerts at Kemba and Crew games from my balcony. The complex is very dog friendly with a short walking path and 2 public dog parks. The parking situation is not great, especially on weekend. If there is an event at the wedding venue next to the building, there will be no spots. This also include events at the Crew stadium or nationwide arena - lots of people will park at the complex and walk to the stadiums. The train tracks out back can be very loud but usually is manageable. Overall I am happy with my experience at the reach and would recommend it to others

Overall great place to live. The office team has always been quick when questions or maintenance issues arise. Kept vey clean and amenities are nice. Downfalls are parking is very limited and strict and I’ve even had my car towed in my own spot cause my tag wasn’t showing (though they should keep a list of license plate numbers for each spot). Great location and staff!
