Met at the door by a charming woman, my introductory work took only moments. Stacey and I would’ve joyfully talked longer if my number hadn’t come up so quickly to go to the person who helped me. I came prepared for a minimum of an hour, but was in and out within 15 minutes. It was a wonderful experience.

As I sat waiting for my number to be called, I watched as Stacey, The coordinator, Was extraordinarily kind and courteous to everyone who walked through the door. She took the time to assist in elderly gentleman to understand everything he needed, and she even guided him To the desk And every step of the way. Her customer service and kindness this far beyond that most people. The clerk Amy, who assisted me was also patient and kind and completely understood any confusion I had. I will go out of my way to come here again.

I have lived in Sharonville for 24 years and this is the best and fastest experience I’ve had in 24 years. The check in person was courteous and friendly, the person who processed my registration renewal smiled and greeted me. The bonus…I was in and out in 5 minutes. That has never happened before, my normal wait is at least an hour. Whatever system is in place now is working. Thank you! You’re doing a fantastic job. You made the start of my birthday a good one!

I walked into this place for the first time. I was served by Monica Gray person. Great personality, very professiomade it very easy.

Great service, surprisingly I was in and out in like 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional. Stacey was directing people when they came in and she was an absolute darling! Mckenzie helped me at the window and was great also!

I was delighted by the little happy,warm, sunshine lady who greeted me and gave me my number to listen for. She was pleasant and helpful to everyone in line. She continued to be sunshine to everyone and apologized for the wait. I still smile when I think about her.

Great service!!! They have a check in station right when you walk in, with a wonderful receptionist. She checked to see that we had all the documents we needed. This saved us and others time and trouble!

Renewed my license for 8 years after spending no more than 7 minutes in the building. Online checkin was easy and probably saved a few minutes.

We came on a Friday afternoon, and our names were called before we sat down. The people there were very friendly and helpful.

This was such a great experience Stacey the greeter very informative and helpful she really lightened my anxiety. This is definitely my favorite BMV
