Our hot water tank went out and Mike sent Jordan and his coworker out. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After replacing the tank with a new hybrid version, the two of them took the time to explain system operations and care. I was also impressed that they left everything in super tidy condition. I would highly recommend Ohio Water Heaters to anyone needing plumbing service. Thanks guys!

Ohio Water Heaters is 5 star across the board. 1 - Excellent communication… this one is big & Mike communicated with us before (gathering info & explaining our options), during (telling us why this product was the best fit, explaining the modes, etc.), and after (making sure everything was working as expected). 2 - Timeliness… we were scheduled immediately & they arrived when they said they would. 3 - Professionalism… knowledgeable & total cleanup after installation. In addition, they were considerate and polite. Everything you want a service to be, but rarely get!! We have nothing but great things to say, thank you Mike & Blake!!

Water heater leak started meaning we had days before it quit completely and are going out of town in a week. Decided to get quote from here bc of high star google rating and being family owned and within minutes had a real person reach out (Tammy and Micheal)! I was so happy to not be placed through an automated gauntlet of harassment. We knew what we wanted and that it had to be soon. Pricing was simple and they offer military discounts, comes with a warranty, and financing was offered without upselling pressure or needing knowledge of this kind of appliance. Work was scheduled within 12 hours! Good communication for techs arrival with the ability to be flexible when I needed extra time before the appointment. Garrett, the tech, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like friends! The job was done quickly and correctly. All our questions were answered and we didn't have to clean up after him. Garrett is who I would choose for any future plumbing issue we ever have! Less than 10 minutes after the job, Tammy reached back out to make sure we were satisfied and email confirmations of everything. I can't think of a way this potentially stressful process could have gone better or we could have developed confidence in a company faster than we did here. I am proud to be an Ohio water heaters customer and help promote their business style and customer service habits!

The company has been great to work with. When I called about getting a new water heater Tammy was very pleasant to talk with and did an excellent job explaining the different options. A few days later Andrew and Jordan came out to do the installation. They did an awesome job with the install, they were super polite, and they took some extra time to go over how everything worked. The next morning Tammy checked in to make sure all was working properly and I got everything set ok. I will definitely be reaching out to them again with future plumbing questions/issues. Thanks!

Reason for call: slow in heating up at upstairs faucets

Andrew was on time and very helpful. He performed temperature checks through the house and found no obvious problems. He gave me a couple of things to keep an eye and told me to contact the office should the condition worsen.

Our old water heater (20+ years) started leaking very slightly last week. I contacted Mike on Aug 28. I was debating between getting a replacement from one of the hardware stores and possibly doing the work myself. After talking to Mike I decided to go with Ohio Water Heaters. They provide the professional series heaters. Mike scheduled my install for Monday morning. Billy arrived promptly at 8:30 and was out by 10:30. He was very professional and friendly! Old heater removed and taken with him. Very clean installation. Very pleased, and will definitely use Ohio Water Heaters in the future.

Our water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. We called Ohio Water Heaters and had it fixed within 6 hours of making the service request. I would highly recommend them.

OWH was very responsive and able to come out within a couple hours of being called. Blake took the time to diagnose the problem and gave us options ranging from repairs to replacement. He obviously knows his stuff, was friendly, patient, and we appreciated the fact that he didn’t immediately jump to replacement. We did decide to go with replacement. Blake had a tank on his truck so could replace the tank immediately. Price was fair. Highly recommend.

The alert on my water heater went off. I was able to set up an appointment the next morning. Blake showed up 15 minutes early, was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and we had a fast resolution. I appreciate the responsiveness when I scheduled with them, and that their technician was very kind and professional.

Absolutely wonderful, everyone was great to work with and easy to get in contact with no matter the time. We ended up with problems that were not because of them but the original builder of the house and the gas company. Ohio Water Heaters resolved the problems and actually turned them into a pluses. Blake our main installer was great and Tammy kept us up to date on what was happening. Mike the owner gave us a quick quote and helped us understand what would be best for us, he really did not try to sell us something more told us our options and let us pick. No high pressure sales, loved that.

Jordan was our main installer. He was professional knowledgeable, and made more than one trip to our home to ensure proper operation of our new water heater.
