for me its a store ive been going to for several years, its convenient and close to other businesses, small clean and friendly, toys for the kids to beg you for lol,

This place for xmas looks awsome I loved the decorations and the desserts yummy 😋😋😋

Very clean and maintained store.
Produce area was well maintained.
Prices are very reasonable.
Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

In-N-Out quick is a bunny friendly service good store

Low prices for things I want. Usually very busy

I don't come to this location often, I can say the times I have it's very clean, everyone is always so kind and I never wait too long. Thank you to everyone & the gentleman who helped me unload my groceries in my car. It really was appreciated, I just worked an overnight & had to shop for 3 people early this morning-- 🙏🌻🌞

Small little grocery store. Good parking I always find everything I’m looking for their staff was friendly and helpful.

They grind coffee beans on site 1.5£ for 5.99 wonderful caramel notes.

I’m sure the right people already know this, but Kirk is probably your most valuable employee. I have been shopping at this location for 24 years, since I was a kid, and I’ve encountered the good, the bad and the ugly from employees in that store. A smiling face is already going above and beyond today’s expectations from customer service associates but Kirk even went above and beyond THAT. All my groceries were organized better than I would have done myself and he didn't give me a crazy look when I said I didn’t need bags lol. Thank you Kirk for turning my day around because I had a garbage staff meeting this morning and my day was otherwise ruined. My mother in law will probably shop here instead of Danvers where they destroy her food during bagging.

Almost a whole new chain of young workers under some of the OG Workers.
Could possibly use more variety of everything, I'm not complaining just suggesting🤣

Convenient location, great selection of fresh produce, and ever greater offering of organic foods, international cuisine, and hard-to-find niche brands. Prices are fair, staff is courteous, and in the rare case of a poor quality item the customer service desk handles exchanges promptly and without hassle. Can be very crowded at certain times of day; shop early in the morning for a more peaceful experience and shorter checkout lines. Easy to stop in for groceries after a workout at Choice Fitness next door.

Today was the first time I since the pandemic started that I can remember going to Market Basket and finding everything on my list.

It's the little things in life that gets this boring 39 year old Barber excited lol.

Love the new one on Lowell Ave and Riverside. The one on water street never has a good stock of anything. Is it Market Basket or Demoulas or text wise MB?

Great place to shop the prices are much better than some of the others

The cashiers are only rude when spoken to rudely. The store is dirty because it becomes overcrowded, we are severely understaffed, and there are just never enough people working. Ive been told to "watch your fat ass, it almost knocked my carriage and me across ths store. This man was in my personal space, standing right on my mat with me. People going On express with way more than is allowed being obstinate and aggressive when they have to be refused. It isn't fair that only certain industries are allowed to be critiqued so fiercely. Let me come to someone's office and tell them to stop being on Facebook or going on another bathroom break.

I have worked for Market Basket for at 35 to 40 years off and on, worked as a front end manager. Some of the best years of my life. Only fired one. They are a great company to work for.

Been going to market basket in central plaza in Haverhill mass for years. I like it there always find what I need at a great price. The place is always nice and clean and friendly staffs. A+ all the way
