I wanted to reach out and let you know that you have a really wonderful employee working at your Orange, VA location. His name is Damien Repass and I believe he is the manager. I do not live here in Orange, but was in town visiting my son. We had an issue with my husbands phone that we were not able to solve on the phone with Verizon. I went into he store and Damien was already working with a sweet older lady who obviously was going to take a while. He took the time to come over, ask me what I needed and then he fixed it without making me wait. He was also very patient and kind to the lady he was already working with- never getting frustrated or curt with her questions. He is a model of good customer service and I just want to commend him for making what is normally a painful experience (dealing with phone/computer issues) very pleasant and easy. I wish that more places had such professional, kind people working there - Bravo to you for hiring such an outstanding young man. Fondly, Sarah Hastings

Damian who I assume was who helped us went out of his way to be helpful. We had both of our kids with us, we don’t go to orange much, we were bummed that they were open like the signs says, but Damian saved the day. He opened up shop helped us get WhT we needed! He’s definitely a star employee who I recommend should get a raise or a promotion we even came back after we got lunch for another purchase. We recommend to go see Damian. Damien and Keith were so helpful from start to finish with upgrading to our new phones. The set up process was fast and efficient and they did everything they could to make it go smooth! I will continue to go to the orange store for their support! Thank you both so much!

Damien is top notch! I typically dread going into any cell phone store and dealing with the stereotypical, cheesey, pushy salespeople but he completely through me for a loop, what a breath of fresh air! He was super friendly, very informative and answered every question with a smile. I hope y'all realize you have one of the really good ones!

My experience with Keith was very pleasant. He communicated very well with me and I got me to add my husband to my plan. His customer service skills were on point. Very clear and neat young man. I will suggest more friends to this store.

Damien is an awesome guy to have take care of you. In and out in less than an hour new phone painless as possible. Great conversation while just trying to get things together. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Damien quickly made time to see me, diagnosed the problem with my phone, and arranged for a replacement phone to be shipped to my home in less than 24 hours. He approached my issues as if they were his own, which is extremely rare these days. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 22 years; Damien cheerfully and intelligently provides the best service I have received during those decades.

Damien was polite, courteous, and offer recommendations to make my cell service fir traveling in car with by buying ear bud device. He also helped other customers, while waiting to make changes for me with Verizon customer service.

Best technician we’ve ever had

My Dad (88) needed a new jet pack and wasn't able to go online. Damien at the Orange, Va store could not have been more helpful and willing to take extra time to make sure my Dad had exactly what he needed. I especially appreciate that Damien did not try to sell my dad the most expensive thing in the store, the way Verizon on Rio Rd did. Much thanks to Damien.
