Has everything you need, and is a fun place to be. Incredible atmosphere where everyone goes hard. Awesome.

We started going here because it's less than a mile from our house. But after being members for over 2 years and active members for 6 months, I can honestly say this gym is perfect for me. I've been to most big name franchise gyms you can think of and they might have eucalyptus steam rooms but they don't have soul. Not like old school.

The co owner of the gym has some amazing workout programs available that I have had tremendous results with.

If you're ready to get serious about your fitness and want access to all the tools you'll need, then go to this gym.

I just started coming here and the atmosphere is awesome! I work out at 4AM and sometimes at 9AM. I have made many friends and love how positive all the members are. Everyone is so friendly and I wouldn’t change anything. I am so happy everyone accepted me into the Old School Gym family!

I have been training at the Old School Gym for years and love the atmosphere! Without a doubt the best training environment I have ever experienced. I have tried lifting elsewhere and it’s just not the same. Old School is hands down the best.

A great place to get the job done! OSG is a rugged atmosphere with the usual and some unusual equipment. They don't mind if you have to yell while lifting heavy.
