UA Fitness

Came from Europe and was looking for a good gym. UA is where it’s at! Bill is super friendly, didnt have problem showing me around and helping me. I can only recommend!

Super clean, never too crowded. The owner Randy is so friendly! I train with Alecia, she is an amazing person and trainer - my body is stronger at 42 than it ever has been!

This gym is awesome. The facilities are in great shape and are kept very clean. There's a great assortment of weights and machines that will allow you to meet your goals unimpeded. The staff is super supportive and welcoming and you will build up a friendly relationship with them very quickly. My favorite part, though, is that the classes are all included with your membership! If you want to get in serious shape, get a membership and start attending classes like body blast, core and cardio, or spinning a few times a week. You will not be disappointed!

Best gym experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is new and kept clean. Don't be hesitant due to the size of the facility, I have yet to ever see it too crowded and seems to have all the workout equipment I need.

I moved to Upper Arlington last April. As a body builder, the first thing I did was shop for a gym. After much research, I walked into UA Fitness and was greeted by both owners (former gym teacher and gym owners).
Bill and Randy are friendly, professional and know how to operate a gym. It is clean and the equipment is always in perfect condition. Members are friendly and courteous and the place is so well run.
I selected Beth Siracuse as my trainer and the match is perfect for my goals-she is so knowledgeable in both body building and nutrition-she walks the talk! There are many other trainers at UA as well who are equally qualified and can be matched to your goals.
There is a calendar full of classes if you wish that and plenty of help to get started if you are a beginner.
I highly recommend UA Fitness-fantastic place to work out!

Great gym, probably one of the best if not best gyms I've been to.

When I was first moved here I called the gym and spoke to Bill, one of the owners and he stayed late to show me around the gym. You can tell he has alot of pride in the place.

The pricing is great, most of these smaller non chain gyms usually cost an arm and a leg but UA Fitness was very affordable for my wife and I.

The gym has all the equipment you'd ever need. Tons of ellipticals, bikes, treadmills and rowing machines as far as cardio, and a fully stocked weight room. There's not one piece of weight lifting equipment missing.

Best of all, it's never packed. I'm used to waiting for almost every piece of equipment and working around other people but that's not the case at UA Fitness. Even around 6PM which seems to be prime time at most gyms there's never a huge crowd and you can get your whole workout done without waiting for a single piece of equipment.

UA Fitness is a great gym. The owners take pride in the cleanliness as well as ongoing updates and renovations. Everyone is very friendly and the trainers genuinely care about their clients. Glad I found UA Fitness!!

Great, family friendly, local gym. I love that they are a small business that truly cares. They work with many other independent professionals in the area to provide high-quality services in ballroom dance, pilates, massage, and personal training. They truly care about their customers. Not to mention that Randy and Bill the owners are always up for a laugh.

Newly renovated, cleanest gym I've ever been to and you could eat off the floor if needed. Friendly staff. All their trainers are actually in shape. Nice selection of equipment and fairly priced.

I haven't been a member in over a year. After moving to different gyms, I can confidently say this is one of the best authentic gyms I've been to. Currently wishing I hadn't moved away from UA.
