I lost my wallet a few days ago and went to this branch to get a temporary card while waiting for my new one in the mail and Pamela Fisher was absolutely the best, she was sweet and dedicated to helping me in anyways she could. She told me to take her card to call her if there was anything else she could do and it was just such a personable experience in a bummed out moment I was having. Thanks Truist for taking care of me !

Gonna have to change my 1 star to 5 stars, after finding out BB&T doesn’t kneel to liberal lunatics and hasn’t made any policy’s going after conservatives. They received an F rating on a fascist website calling itself “progressive”, rating company’s by how much the company takes away the people’s rights through business and blocking conservatives from doing business with or through them. GREAT JOB BB&T!

We had such a great experience here. Robert Miller was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We’re definitely going to come back because he was so great!

I was the beneficiary on an account from my deceased mother . She had been banking with them for years. In trying to collect I was given three different answers from three different people on the process. It seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. My mother had an account with Suntrust until they got bought. Things got worse from there. I out my inheritance money in my bank. Never Truist'

Bad experience we moved from Virginia to Toledo oh that’s the closest bank around 3 hours by car when I get there one lady clerk she was dealing not good

Their online support was terrible along with setting up online banking. I have spoken with 7 different online bankers between 3 phone calls to set up my account. It has taken 2 months, 2 in person meetings. I am closing my account with them before I even got an online login.

I had a loan application all approved with a date for closing, but then never received the loan documents to sign. I was later told that they tried to call me but because I didn't answer the phone, they marked the application as approved but not accepted. They did call my cell phone but I didn't answer (I didn't recognize the number) and they didn't leave a voicemail. Prior to those calls, all of the communication had come through email, which was what I had anticipated. When I complained, they told me I could fill out another application and they would give me the same interest rate. I declined, because if they can't even figure out how to communicate appropriately, I knew I would not want to work with them in the future. This was Kyle Martin. I would not advise people to work with him. If you want to get hold of someone, leave a voicemail message.

Save your money and time. Signed up in November week after depositing money and using my card twice i was blocked and told to go to a branch. I live in Columbus, Ohio. I am not here in Cincinnati to get it figured out and yeah. Im not happy. Basically nothing can be done.

I was surprised to see a 2.9 rating but after visiting I can see why. My normal branch in VA is usually very friendly and helpful. This branch def needs a lesson in client relations. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time and poor customer service. Luckily I was able to go to a nearby Chase, and the girl was SO friendly and helpful even though they were closing. Go to Chase if you're local for sure.

To start off, I do not bank with them. Up until this incident I’m involved in about possible fraud, nobody seems to want to talk to me!! And it’s from one of their customers accounts!
So be cautious to all customers or potential customers that read this. And this is after me going to 3 different locations…….,

HORRIBLE banking experience. I also bank with JP Morgan Chase and they make this bank look like bottle of the barrel. I set this account up to get the “new account bonus money”. I set Zelle up like I have with Chase and tested sending myself money back and forth before I allowed my paycheck to be deposited here. Everything worked fine. Then of COURSE payday and my direct deposit goes here, I log in to Zelle money over to my chase account to pay bills and Zelle has been restricted. Waited on hold and with three different customer service specialists just to be told once they deem someone “high risk” they disable Zelle for good and don’t ever allow it again. I’ve had a acct with Chase since 2011 and NEVER had such issues and are a good standing customer. No reason for Truist to have blocked my Zelle over a $50 test payment when I have WAY MORE funds available in this account than $50. The nearest bank is 1.5 hours away so now I’m going to have to figure out another way to transfer funds.

This bank is large enough to help you finance a new corporation and small enough to remember your face and greet you upon your visits.
Truist is no-longer the Home Town Bank of Kentucky and BB&T it use to be. You could call the customer service number and have just about all of your account issues resolved over the phone, with someone from right here in the United States, and not located in India.
While doing banking over the phone, the last thing you want is a language barrier or miss communication with customer service, because you could have your account of twenty one years flagged as being "fraudulent" and shut down with no way to pay your bills!
Stay away from this bank, the savings interest is low and mortgage interest is high. Shop around online and find a better fit like I did with PNC over 4.0% on my savings and 5.8% mortgage refinance and new loans.
