Orkin

Orkin is fantastic and we have had nothing but great experiences. I was telling them yesterday I should have signed up years ago. Our techs are always knowledgeable, considerate, understanding, helpful, and patient. They ease my mind when they come to our home and I always appreciate their friendly and professional demeanor as well.

We’ve had issues with flies 2 different times over a 3 year period and Orkin has taken care of it quickly and effectively each time. Their technicians are always professional and explain their services fully. I typically prefer to use small, local businesses, but I’ve had issues getting help quickly. Orkin has been able to schedule us quickly and take care of our problem quickly when we’ve needed them. Pricing is not cheap but not unreasonable I don’t think. Would recommend if you have an infestation problem that requires immediate attention.

George (Tre) is super friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable on where to spray and the behaviors of the pests I have. He is always in my area, so if I need him to come by for an additional spray, he’s very prompt and happy to make an extra trip. While the bugs aren’t fully gone yet, I’m seeing fewer and fewer of them by the day and look forward to future Orkin visits to finish tackling this job!

Spenser, the Orkin technician, is wonderful. He contacts us by call and text when scheduled and when on his way. He always inquires if everything is satisfactory. We are very happy with our Orkin services.

I have been a customer with ownership of two homes since 1999. I am well pleased and thankful for the experts that enter my home and the courteous service I receive by phone from the office. My son and daughter in law now use Orkin as well. Two generations of success and taking care of my family.

This is based off customer service and the initial visit. The employees at the call center were so pleasant and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to about my problems and weren’t pushy when I said I needed to call back. In regards to the service, Spencer was the person who came out. He was also very knowledgeable and made my anxious self feel at ease. He communicated well about his process and what to expect moving forward. So far so good with Orkin!
