The woman working at the Probate Court Office desk is delightful. She was so helpful and friendly both when I came with my wife for our marriage certificate and when I came back after officiating my sister's wedding.

I needed to pick up a legal document. It was ready when I got there since I called ahead to get information and request the service. Donna was very helpful and extremely friendly.
Parking was very expensive but convenient.

Typical government building protocols when going in but kind, helpful ppl including Sheriff deputies & other officials. If ur going there, chances are u are there for business of some kind, good or bad maybe even ugly but the ppl there will help get u thru...

making a delivery there Guard was awesome he was giving someone who lived there the shipment that had come in, when the man stated there should be more he didn't think twice he told the man will go back and double check but je felt sure he brought everything out, but went back and confirmed that was all there was the man was about half nice and stated there should have been more, the Guard nicely stated thats all they placed back there, they bring it in and place it we can only give you what is there and said I'm sorry its not all there. front desk keep up the good work some people will never change but you handled him great

Visit William Howard Taft Center for VA services. The security at the front door was very friendly and helpful. They showed me where I needed to go, I got what I needed to get done taken care of and it was all in a very timely manner.

Cincinnati has so many jewels and this is one of them. There are so many areas with attractions, history, views...and this area is one of these.
