Well Joy is joyful to deal with. We popped in to look for shirts for my 19 year old slender son. Joy helped navigate the fit and the style. I had so much fun with her as did my daughter. We bought a bunch and she has already texted to let me know about sales..ultimate customer service experience. 10 stars.

Forgot to pack shirts on a trip and found myself wandering around to pick some up. I've heard of UNTUCKit before but had never gone to their physical store. After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!

I visited to purchase a gift card for my husband's birthday. To my surprise, cash was not permitted for payment. This information should be posted on their website ahead of time.

Horrible customer service, limited stock on what they offer (especially in bigger sizes), and good luck getting someone to talk to you if anyone else is in the store. I was very disappointed in service and selection. I'll stick with Stitch Fix for now.
