Westway Paint and Body Shop

My experience at Westway Body Shop was excellent customer service. They were very professional. They handled everything with my insurance company. When I picked my vehicle up the work, they did I was very amazed and in WOW!!!! I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I needed a new rear bumper and the fine folks at Westway Auto Body Shop took excellent care of me. Even with minor delays due to no fault of their own they bent over backwards to provide an exceptional customer experience and absolute perfection with the final repair. I hope I don’t need body work done again, but if I do, I’m headed straight back to Westway.

They were so incredibly easy to work with, kind, professional staff and quick service. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday afternoon. Mary in the office is incredibly nice and helped explain some details of working through an insurance claim which I'd never done before. I won't go anywhere else to have auto work done from here on out.

Not booked weeks out and could give me a quote within a couple of days. On the spot quote took about 15min. Staff was very friendly and completed the repairs within the time frame they projected, even washed my car. They are self pay and do work with Progressive Insurance. They have a key drop box which made dropping off my car easy. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful company. They were very reasonable as far as pricing and they took less time than quoted. I will definitely be going back there for any future body work needed.

They did a great job fixing bumper on my vehicle, didn't wait long to get in, done when they said it would be and price was very good! When I went to pick up my car, it was freshly washed & I am almost positive that the inside was cleaned up too. I will definitely go back if I need any work done again and will recommend to others. This body shop is incredibly efficient. My truck was hit in a parking lot with the offender leaving. Not only did they do a beautiful job with the repair but they also helped me get through all of the red tape with my insurance company. The entire experience was practically effortless on my part. Thank you westway I will be a returning customer if needed. I will highly recommend your business.

Still dealing with insurance but they got me in quick and has been very nice and reassuring when I have spoken to them.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and communicative. They did a really nice job with the paint and body work and paid attention to the details which I appreciate. They also have a good working relationship with the local Enterprise (and maybe other companies) which made the rental car process a lot better. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't need to! 😬🤞

They were honest, kind, and explained every single thing to me in great detail, and then separately walked my husband through everything as well! They gave me an extremely fair price and truly cared about my customer experience. I was amazed and shed a tear when I received my car back. It looked as good as new. Love this body shop!!!!! We drive our vehicles all the way from Dayton to Wayne because he does such an AMAZING job! Have never been disappointed and would highly recommend to anyone !

Found Westway Body shop thanks to my mechanic Jason from Valentino's Car Care...Valentino's has worked on my cars for the last 20 years.

He told me Westway was family owned and operated...does a fantastic job.

My Kia Optima had been hit by a deer on the right front side...a negligent driver did the left hand front side of my car it.

Westway made it brand new again...beautiful job. It looks fantastic as Jason said it would.

Mary who answere the phone,and part owner a real patient nice lady...helps you with the rental car...just super nice.

And Wayne other owner extremely nice and informative....they truly care that there customers are happy. My car was done when promised...beautiful job...it is a black car we all know how difficult that can be.

Recommended by a friend so we took our son's car there after a truck he was following lost a bag of cement. The lady who greets and helps you at first is very personable, kind, and flexible. The front end repair (I think ultimately it was about $6000 of body and mechanical repair) made the car look and perform like new. I was shocked! Even the paint match was perfect. They even dealt with my very complicated insurance/lender situation. They went above and beyond every instance that presented itself. Highly recommend.

Five for not trying to rip me off. I had a small scooter hit-and-run dent and scratches that I thought hurt my paint because the two body shops I went prior to this place quoted me with a repaint or a touch up. The gentleman here offered to try some abrasive compound to remove them and it worked! I actually thought it was a paint scratch because that's what the two other shops told me and I was scared to try rubbing it off myself. This man saved me hundreds. Very honest people. I would definitely visit this place to get a quote or body work done for the car.

Westway came recommended by the excellent mechanics at Valentino's on west 5th in Grandview. Their charge for body work on my van was $200 below my insurance company estimate. My $500 deductible turned out to be $300. The body work was perfect.
Now, a year later, I returned to have my driver's door adjusted to make it close properly. They didn't remember me or this review yet did the adjustment for free.

I cannot day enough nice things about this body shop and staff. Professional, polite and friendly! This is my second time using their services and both times my vehicle has been ready earlier than expected! And done right the first time.
