Restaurant Europa

We recently hosted a birthday party at Restaurant Europa for a group of 30 people and it was an amazing experience! The venue was perfect for our celebration and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious and everyone was very satisfied with their meals. What made the night even more special was the fact that there was a designated dance area in the room and a built-in DJ area that enabled us to connect our tablet and play music from our Spotify playlist all night long. It was an absolute blast! I highly recommend this restaurant for their incredible service, beautiful venue and delicious food. Thank you, Restaurant Europa, for making our celebration such an unforgettable event!

I am sooo grateful that Europa has this Latin dance party every week because there's not a lot of places to dance like this in Ohio (or even Cleveland).

8:30PM is a mini Latin dance class (for $5).
But if you arrive after the class for the dance party it's FREE! It goes until 2AM! 🙌🏼🎵🎶

I love that it has a very casual, friendly, safe atmosphere ❤ I didn't know how to dance at all when I first came to Europa, but everyone was so nice and taught me how to dance. There are a lot of professional dancers there 😅 or people who have taken classes before, but there are also some beginner dancers. 👍🏼 So it's fun for everyone!!

The young, male bartender did get mad and rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a water 😅 I was waiting for my friend and then planning on ordering drinks later... Sorry I want to hydrate? 🤷🏼‍♀ But besides that, I have never had a bad experience there.

Really great food and the restaurant has a unique character.
We got the red caviar, borscht soup, european ravioli and beef stroganoff. Highly recommend all of them.

Really lovely restaurant. The food was all 10/10 amazing large portions of outstanding items. Wanted to lick every plate.

First time my husband and I ate here and its not the last! We wanted to try something different for my birthday. I always wanted to try Borscht and after the first bite I was in love. Everything we tried was delicious! We loved the food, the vodka room (we tried infused vodka!), and maybe most of all our server Sue! Sue really made our experience. She helped us with the menu and had great suggestions. Thank goodness she talked me out of substituting out the home fries... I will dream of them tonight.

We had a great dinner here. This is a place with great appetizers, which is what we stuck with. The potato salad with chicken (aka stolichnaya salad) was fabulous. We loved the potato latke with smoked salmon. The blini were wonderful. The sour cream was wonderful and abundant. We finished the evening with sour cherry dumplings and those were wonderful too. Good selection of European beers. We will definitely be back for me.

A+++ We were in Cleveland for a conference and looked for something local and different. Wow!!! It started with the cold beet soup that was sheer heaven. The latkes were crunchy and incredible and the mushroom blinis were show-stoppers. By that time we were stuffed but we had ordered entrees as well…Meatloaf Wellington and Pork Schnitzel. Absolutely amazing!! Of course, although we could barely fit another bite, we had to try dessert based on the high quality of everything we had already eaten. Cherry Ravioli with berry sauce. Yes! Order dessert!!
The prices are reasonable, the food is total deliciousness, and the service is above and beyond!

We were at this restaurant yesterday , very great food. The lamb kebab is amazing here. Had to get 3 lamb kebabs meals yesterday. Very great food , and service as well. One of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland area every time that I visit Cleveland. I’m from Erie PA area , I’m an owner of DB’s painting company here , and I’m in Cleveland a lot. Will be here a lot for sure.

Everything was mouth watering. We had a young Russian female server that did an amazing job. Thank you again for a beautiful dinner!

Great food! Excellent menu selection and very well made. 4 of us went to dinner and each person ordered something different. Everyone was pleased. The Meatloaf Wellington was extremely good with a delicious pastry crust. Definitely a place we’d go again.

I stumbled in here by chance, and I'm so glad I did! I'll admit, I was a bit apprehensive when I initially came in and there were no other customers. But the menu looked interesting, the atmosphere was cozy (a bit dark, with some old-school jazz music playing), and the server who approached me was friendly. Any apprehension I had quickly melted away when a family came in shortly after me, and NOBODY was speaking English (I don't have a good ear for distinguishing between Eastern European languages, but nonetheless I took this as a good sign). I ordered latkes, and they were absolutely incredible! Like, I didn't even know that latkes could be that good. One was zucchini/couscous, which was very creamy and savory. The other was carrot/ricotta, which had a unique, sweet flavor. For dessert, I ordered the Napoleon to-go and shared it with my husband (he also DEVOURED my leftovers). I look forward to coming in again!

A small cozy restaurant for an intimate evening for dinner. The seating is limited but a true gem, the chefs food dishes are exceptional, service staff is kind and sincere. The drink menu and cocktails truly make the restaurant a cut above. If you want a restaurant that feels like a warm extension of your home for dinner Europa it is.

Fanfreakintastic! Always a great meal with above & beyond service. Amazing food. The French onion soup is the best anywhere. The vegetable pasta can rival any Italian restaurant. The three cheese chicken & sliced potatoes was fabulous. Their bread is warm, crusty & delicious.

This is the best restaurant in the area and it's very reasonably priced. Seriously, the "Europa Pastry" is to die for.

I've had most of the non-seafood entrees, and they're all stellar. The Brisket in cherry gravy is one of my all time favorites, very tender meat with a flavorful (but not overpowering) gravy. The Russian Schnitzel is my fiance's go to, the breading is crisp and tasty, the mushroom sauce is great, and the potatoes are probably the crispiest non- potato chip potatoes I've ever had. The stuffed cabbage is also very tasty and well-seasoned.

For how good the entrees are, the appetizers are even better. Seriously, the Europa Pastry (brie, nuts, and berries in a puff pastry) is the best thing I've ever eaten, and we get it every time we go. The beef filled potato pancakes are pillowy and delicious, the chicken blinis are creamy and well seasoned, and the marinated herring is delightfully salty and tender (without being overly "fishy"). There have been numerous times we've just ordered a bunch of appetizers instead of entrees, they're all that good.

All the desserts we've tried are excellent (and homemade), but the Napoleon is what we always come back to. Layers of buttery puff pastry with a delicious raspberry syrup (for FOUR DOLLARS!) It's also the only thing light enough to eat after all the other food.

There's something at Europa for everyone, and the staff will make you feel right at home. A 10/10 if there ever was one.

Went there for the Latin dance party on Friday night and it was great. Awesome people and great atmosphere. No cover at the door, just come and dance, or observe and learn. Dancers of all levels come here so you don't have to be a professional to dance salsa or bachata.
The dance floor is big enough and there is a lot of room around the dance floor to stand and watch or dance where no one is watching.

There for dinner meeting. Borch hot and excellent.

Where do I start? We walked in and it smelled so good! We were seated and ordered drinks. The Moscow mules were great and a generous pour. Gin martini was perfect! We were table a of 8 so we started with the grape leaves (to die for!), calamari(it was okay), latkas with smoked salmon(so good!), and the stuffed potato pancakes (very good). The matzo ball soup had pieces of chicken and the broth was good. Two people had the lobster ravioli, they said two thumbs up! 2 had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce. I subbed the potatoes for the risotto, highly recommend! The cabbage rolls were huge and authentic. Two others had the tuna, very good, and meatloaf wellington (delish!)! We ended with chocolate blitzes, a napoleon and cheesecake. Everyone said they were good. I was so full! Service was good. Prices are fantastic for all you get. We will be back!! I highly recommend immediately this very authentic restaurant!

Luxurious Russian dining. This restaurant is ethnic Russian in theme, and lives up to a high standard of authenticity. Atmosphere, servers and menu were all native to the county which provided for a genuine first time experience, Our meals started with blini pancakes and salmon caviar, which came garnished with lemon and mint. This was an excellent start to our meals, and paired well with my vodka martini that came garnished with more salmon caviar. We tried to sample an item from each category of the menu, which I highly recommend. Given, that the menu is incredibly native to Russia, features unique dishes/ingredients and items are high in quality. My entree of pretzel-almond crusted trout was incredibly high in quality and was priced reasonably. Prices again, are very reasonable for the quality of what you will receive upon dining. Excellent drink and dessert menu as well, which included large varieties of imported vodkas, rum and ethnic pastry desserts. I would return here, it was an amazing, high-quality ethnic Russian dining experience that I won't soon forget.
