Widmer's Cleaners Blue Ash

My wife and I had to travel to the Blue Ash area last minute for a funeral of a close friend. Because we dropped everything to leave we did not have time to take our items to the dry cleaner in NC. We passed by Widmer's and we are so glad we stopped. Carol and her staff met us with compassion and understanding. They worked fast and had our clothes ready for us before the funeral. It was clear that is wasn't just us that they gave the VIP treatment to, it's just the way they operate. I wish they had a shop with a caring staff like Carol's in NC. We will definitely be back each time we are in Ohio. This establishment is a class act. Well done!!!

Went for the first time this morning and Ursula was so helpful! Don't have clothes dry cleaned often but best experience I've had so far. And they do alterations!

My husband plays Santa Claus every December. Had to take his Santa suit to the dry cleans for this year. Of course, I lost track of time and next thing I know December's 1st is right around the bend and of course its the Monday before Thanksgiving when I realize this.

I admit, I called a few other local dry cleaners thinking they may not be as expensive or take as long as I thought Widmers was going to take. Last year was the 1st year I had come to them because they have a drive-through. I am handicapped so this was an absolute plus for me.

One dry cleaner said that they would be able to have it for me Friday and everyone else, incl. Widmers, had said Saturday. This made me nervous as his gig was Sunday. What if something happened to the suit? I would have very little or no time at all to find a replacement!

But knowing the fantastic job they did the year before and remembering they had a drive-through, I called them back and explained my situation and I apologized profusely for such short notice but please was it possible to have it on Friday? I told her we had used them last year and didnt want to trust anyone else.

She assured me they would have his suit Friday by 4:30. With so many Companies and people not keeping their word anymore, I have to say Widmers went that extra mile and kept their promise.

Thanks for doing such a fantastuc job and an extra BIG shout out for accomodating my short notice!!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!!

Never have any complaints at any of your facilities. I am always given great customer service & my clothes are always to my satisfaction. Keep up the great service.

Great service. My husband has problems with the buttons on his shirts that are breaking because of chemicals I'm guessing but other then that everything is fine. The price is very expensive it seems compared to other dry cleaners.

Great work, but about 500% More expensive than the place i used to go. I took one bag of clothes and one set of sheets with a blanket and it cost me $128. I used to take all that plus 2 bags and pay $50-60. Might come back for things i strictly need dry cleaned, but nothing else.

Unless you absolutely need the "free" delivery service, pretty much any other cleaner in town is a better, less expensive option.
