I had been scheduled at the Troy location due to being the office with the soonest appointment. I am so glad that I was sent to the Troy office. Everyone was absolutely awesome and put my huge anxiety of being in that dental chair at ease. I can definitely say that Dr. Acker has by far the best 'chair side' manner I have seen. As a nurse, I could only wish that many medical doctors would have his personality. He explained everything he did beforehand and gave his honest opinion. I have two upcoming visits and this time around, I am not one bit nervous.

I have had a lot of dental work done at the Troy Aspen Dental office, and I have been extremely pleased with the entire staff. Everyone has been kind, courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They strive to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I am very pleased with the results of the dental work.

Had an abscessed tooth that was causing horrible pain. I had an appointment set somewhere else but realized how urgent the situation was and started trying for an earlier appointment. After calling 8 other places for an emergency visit, I was thankfully able to make an appointment online with this office for the next day. Staff was very responsive and called my within the hour about scheduling concerns but still got me in for the date requested, which I appreciate. They got me started on ATB and scheduled the extraction for the following day. Had a cleaning and extraction done, which was completely painless.
All staff I encountered were professional, kind, and easy to talk to. Had a great experience at this location!

Received very good care on my recent trip to Aspen Dental - Troy, OH office. Found the staff to be very considerate and professional. The doctor and his assistant were kind and helpful in dealing with my nervous and anxiousness of being in the dental chair.

All staff was very accommodating to a difficult wheelchair bound patient. Great professionalism and patience. They went over and beyond to meet the needs of the patient and family. Thank you for being a blessing for our community.

Very great experience!! Got me in quickly and I didn't feel a thing when having a couple teeth extracted. Definitely would recommend Aspen Dental for any dental needs. I will be back for future dental work. 10 out of 10

I was very pleased that as a new patient I was able to get in the same day I called, and received thorough care in a timely manner! Also, the Dr. was able to pull my tooth that day, and was very attentive to me being comfortable with the procedure and my pain level! All of the staff that I was in contact with was professional and kind! They kept me informed anytime there would be a delay! My new preferred dentist office!

I hate going to the Dentist for starters, however I am actually looking forward to fixing my teeth they gave me a great experience and not once did I feel judged or made to feel less than. I 100% recommend Dr Aaron and his team. I was able to get in fast have a treatment plan made and have my tooth pulled all within 36hours of my call. And with my insurance I don’t think the pricing was bad either. I am absolutely happy to go back again.

Kate was my hygienist and she was great! She was very gentle, patient and understanding. Dr. Aaron took time to understand and speak with me about invisiline and how to achieve my goals for (my version) of a perfect smile. I had not been to a dentist who took the time to talk with me about those things, so I definitely felt acknowledged and understood. Autumn and Amy were also super helpful! The four of them made a great team and made it fun! It was a definitely a pleasant experience, I'm actually looking forward to going back for my check up.
