best experience i’ve ever had, customer service is great, love those who work there… got in and out in a timely manner.

Because it is so far away from us (almost a 1 hour drive) we rarely go here. But choose to do so in order to bring in return items instead of sending them by mail.
The employees greet you when you walk in which always makes you feel welcome, they always ask if you need help finding an item or what else they could help you with. So far we have always experienced kindness from this store and it is appreciated.
The store does not carry the same items that are offered online but they make up for it by having a large variety of pieces.

It was a busy Saturday, gorgeous out and Kyle was nothing but enthusiastic and helpful to me! When customer service can be hard on busy days, this team at the Greene was so joyous, honestly JOYOUS. Gwen with the fitting rooms was smiling through her mask with her eyes, making me feel very welcome and happy to be shopping. Thanks everyone!

Friendly attentive sales associates. They greeted me as I walked in and assisted me to locate what I needed. I usually walk out with more than I planned to buy as I love AE!

Love the clothes and the selection is decent for a location store. There's always been deals running when I have bee here.
