Andrea Vinskey at the Talbots Beavercreek store is my “personal shopper”! She is always so helpful to locate and order items that may not be in the store for me to try. Whenever a sale or promotion happens, she connects with me to make sure I know the details. I am a difficult to fit petite size and really appreciate her help. Keep offering petite sizing and new styles for customers like myself. Thanks to Andrea.

Great customer service ! They greet you like an old friend when you walk in the door . They are quick to offer assistance , set up a room and never hesitate to call a different store or order online for me if they don’t have a size or style there . Prefer this store hands down over Oakwood location ! 👍

Bad experience 6.6.20. New policies that any clothes a shopper holds up or tries on must be removed from sales floor, and a shopper may not try on more than 5 pieces. These policies result in negative outcomes: 1) low supply of sizes, 2) discouraging shopping, and 3) making me feel unwelcome. I will shop elsewhere.

I tried twice to shop at this location. First time during my lunchtime and the store was closed (for lunch I guess) ??? Second time after I got off work. Got there at 6:05pm and the store was closed again. They now close at 6:00 pm. I hope you don't expect sales when you are always closed as soon as people get off work. I will not make another attempt to catch them when they happen to be open.
