Blake and Austin were amazing! From the moment we met Blake when he came to give us the quote, to the time Austin finally got to leave at 8:45 pm waiting for the power company, we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Blake was very detailed and knowledgeable about the bid, the company, and all the details. He was also super friendly. Austin was a trooper being here for 12 hours without a break and so friendly, kind, and thorough. We gladly give these guys and your company a five star rating. We will be sure to recommend them to anyone we know that needs electrical work. The power company on the other hand…was a bit disappointing. Austin called them at 3 PM to let them know they were ready to have the power turned on and they didn’t get here until 8:30, and that was after my husband had to call them and found out there wasn’t even a work order in the system.

Bobby, Austin and Lonnie were amazing! We had a scare in our home due to old wiring that was smoldering and caused damage. Bobby came in and thoroughly assessed the entire situation and was able to take care of it to restore our power quickly. Bobby spent so much time showing us several options for outdoor lighting. He was so patient as we worked through various scenarios and changed our mind several times. Bobby and Austin installed all of our outdoor lights quickly and perfectly. They happily made adjustments as needed and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the outcome. We will absolutely be using Mister Sparky for our electrical needs in the future.

Anthony did a phenomenal job installing outlets in my unfinished basement. The project ended up being quite different from what was anticipated, but he rolled with it and gave me a fair price and took care of everything quickly. He was very nice and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had so that I was prepared for doing something like this myself in the future.

We recently put a new circuit board into our home which was much needed. Austin, and his counterparts Anthony and Lonnie were extremely professional, kind and made the job fun. I would recommend Mr. Sparky to all friends and family due to the efforts of Austin and the team! Wonderful job!

Marvelous job from beginning to finish! Blake was professional, informative, thorough and super sweet with my dogs. He even brought my trash cans up from the driveway! Above and beyond for an employee and an electrician company. Their guarantee is amazing and inspection put my mind at ease. Electrical services are always an expense that nobody looks forward to, but if we feel like we got good service for our money, then it makes me feel good about it. I had a ceiling fan that was clicking and I got a new fan sent to me under warranty. I purchased another fan for another room and had Mister Sparky come out to install both fans. Come to find out, the clicking on the one fan was a wire nut that had started rubbing on the top of the fan motor. That was easily fixed so I was able to send the new fan back to the company. Blake, my technician, recommended a surge protector on my outside electrical panel. I felt good about that choice since it adds a layer of protection to everything inside the home. Pulia, the installer, did an awesome job installing the new fan that I purchased and I had two smoke detectors installed in two bedrooms. I suppose I could have done that myself, but why not save myself from the aggravation of climbing a ladder.....lol. Mister Sparky was professional and Pulia was pleasant to have in my home doing the work. He cleaned everything up and went over everything with me as he worked. I will use Mister Sparky for future electrical needs. It's a fun name as well.

Can't recommend these guys enough. They were on time, respectful, and informative. Anytime the electrician came in my house he was sure to put covers on his shoes despite my offer that he did not need to. He was very thorough in his inspection and made sure I understood everything he was looking at and when my dogs needed to go past his work area he was more than comfortable with them and very friendly with them despite one of them not being super people friendly. Highly recommend these guys and I'll be sure to use them for my future electrical needs

Bobby arrived within 45 minutes of my call to Mister Sparky on a Sunday morning! He took care of the emergency bathroom install issue I had created for myself. Bobby took the extra effort and problem solved a solution that was safe and attractive. All with a 5 year warranty. I recommend Mister Speedy and Bobby for service in Orem!

Colton was fantastic at explaining everything that needed to be done to achieve the results I was looking for. He and Dillon provided a service upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps, relocating the service entrance, and wired new circuits. I also feel much better about having a whole house surge protector. Couldn’t ask for more professionalism and communication. They let me click some pics along the way.

Mr. Sparky's team was prompt and knowledgeable. They gave us all options for the main fix plus a few more things. The price was fair and they were able to fix the problem same day. Nick was fantastic and very considerate. We will definitely call them again.

We had some really bad electrical issues with our box and meter outside. Lonnie really delivered. They were there the next day, seamlessly coordinated everything with the city. Truly a great experience all around.

Anthony and Lonnie did a fantastic job with a new Ethernet cable run. Really pleasant overall experience. I will very likely use them for future electrical jobs.

Spencer came over and gave me a solid estimate on some electrical work I'm considering having done at my home. He was super helpful in assessing the work that needs to be done and very clear in explaining everything and the pricing. I have to say that the pricing does seem pretty fair for what they're offering to do. It seems like a very professional company and I'm seriously considering moving forward with this job, but if I don't, I think I'll keep them on speed dial.
