Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service representative gave my girlfriend a free pair of compression stockings so that she would have something until the other pair came in because a holiday is on Monday. She did not charge for this pair and won't charge for the other pair until they arrive.

I always go here for my family's bra fittings

New owner has poor communication and customer service. Blames poor service on backorders and delivery issues. Covid delivery issues are no longer a valid excuse. SRMC and.or LMH needs to open a boutique inhouse.
