This is a nice small family owned honest business! They were incredibly helpful and worked with me on the price of the vehicle !!! I bought a Mini Cooper ! I would def go and use this dealership !

Seriously impressed with the way Kirtland auto center handled my car. I was in an accident and Lisa who first contacted me was very patient kind and caring as she was explaining to me what she could do to help me. Everyone I spoke with was very genuine and cared about me and my situation. My car afterwards looked better than when I first bought it and it feels so good to have a peace of mind. Hoping to not have any other damages but if I need repairs or work done I’m definitely coming back. Thank you!!!

My aunt had her car towed by them. Their guy Anthony was very customer service oriented, very pleasant and great personality, he made her bad situation alot easier to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Quality work by excellent, thorough mechanic.
Had a 10-year old VW towed to them after I failed attempting to fix it myself in my driveway. They properly diagnosed the problem as bent intake valves and sent the head to a machine shop for repair with OEM quality parts.
As long as you know something about cars, these guys are worth the wait. The repair took 2-months to finish as several additional parts had to be ordered from the dealership to properly complete the work authorized.

If you can wait for the work to be done right, this place can handle almost any automotive repair or body shop project.

Lisa in the office is very polite and capable of tracking down who ever you need to speak with at the shop. The Owner, Bill even offered to drop me off at my home when the car was not finished as promised due to an additional repair requiring new parts to complete.

Went there because my low brake fluid light was on.Ask the man to sell my same brake fluid/he refused me and given me a bogus reason .
