Panera Bread

Visited at opening time on a Friday, the manager and associate that helped us were incredibly friendly and upbeat, and we got our food quickly. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, and the staff is always friendly!

It was a busy morning after church, one young man working the register. He was kind. He was attentive to your needs & and thankfully, no one was getting rude with the fact the line was almost out the door. I totally will come back to this panera . The professionalism & thoroughness of your order was well worth the wait!

Ordered on the app and had it delivered to my car in the parking lot. They were very friendly, and the food was amazing. Great job!

Stopped in for lunch. Had a Chick Caesar salad and Chick Avo sandwich. Very well made and great value. Just needed the cashier to be more friendly, and that's why only 4 ⭐

ATTN: Customers! This Panera has been improving 100% with service, for past month or so!!! Stopped here about a week ago and again today 09/16/23. Ciara and today, Kayla were both awesome! Only thing I wish I had thought & said I did not want the French Baguette that came with it, as I had ordered pick two, one being half a deli turkey (so already had bread...). Both ladies are very nice, personable and great customer service! Thank you both! Been a hard week, so having some kindness was much appreciated! UPDATE: Stopped again 09/24/23, Ciara doesn't know it, but when she reached out after seeing me in line and said: "Hi Kim", I wanted to cry! It was so nice of her to remember me. Have some really depressing things in my life right now (been a rough 20 yrs. actually) and people like her, help more than words can say! I hope to see her the next visit! Just love this lady! You are the best of the best with customer service and I for one, HAVE NOTICED! You need a nice raise! OH, the nice young man refilled the coffee without making a deal about it! He even took a leaf out of my hair, I didn't know was there! I'm starting to love this Panera again!!! Keep up the excellent service! KS

We had a great experience at this location today. The Assistant Manager was beyond helpful and very courteous through the ordering process. Once seated, he came by to do a table check which was a pleasant surprise. Food was good but the customer service here will keep people coming back. Great work!

Great food and service! The staff were always smiling and the place was clean. Jaclyn got my order pretty quick and Byran, the manager, walked around to make sure everyone was well served. Have to come back more often!

I've always enjoyed my visit here the food is always very good and fresh. the only problem I had today was the soup that I like, chicken rice soup in a bread bowl, they don't have today. And the soup I ordered, clam chowder, was not ready. I was offered a whole sandwich in place if the soup. Which was still good. I will continue coming back anytime I'm in this town

Food is good. The cashier was very rude. The workers who made the food was talking about gaming and when I got home they didn't give all our food. Soup was forgotten. I should not have to check a order when it was not busy.

Panera is always wonderful, which is why we chose it for boxed lunches for a bus trip for one of my classes. It was a large order and in my absence, a mix-up occurred somehow. We ended up short four lunch boxes, and I offered to pay for the four additional boxes but Kathy, the catering manager, refused to let me pay for them. She said basically, "The customer is always right." I wanted to thank Kathy publicly for this kind gesture but also say how much her actions say about Panera's integrity and customer-centric focus, since the error was probably mine. Thank you, Panera, for great food and for employing awesome people like Kathy!
