WM - Deer Track Park Landfill

I went with a slightly more option for a container to be brought to me for debris removal. WM was easy to schedule and punctual. Drop off was exactly where I requested and after it was picked up, I never knew they were there. Great job on the entire team, especially to the one(s) who did drop off and/or p/u.

Enjoy having the garbage picked up weekly.

We didn't get any notification about the changes for the recyclable container.

Well this week my trash and recycle was pick up on tuesday and its now 2:42 p.m. an its still not pick and did not get notify way

Watch your bill from WM! Fuel & Environmental charges are subject to change and that's fine per contract but YOUR CONTRACTED SERVICE FEE SHOULD NOT CHANGE. I have to watch WM every month because of this.

I also have a camera on the dumpster just because of all the service delays and misses.

Very unreliable service--never come when they are scheduled; full of excuses about service. You have to arm wrestle them to get a credit on your account when they are not doing the job they have been paid in advance to do. Very disappointed at this time!

So many no shows. Sadly they have so many times they do not show. When they do show up they do a great job. Trying to call and get your billing adjusted for the no-shows is very time consuming and frustrating, but who wants to pay for something they are receiving.
