John and his mechanics are very kind and VERY quick to work on your vehicle. My wife's car needed a new throttle body and they would've been able to fix it same day if they had the part on hand, even with ordering it from the dealership and installing it they had it ready the next day by noon. Everything is good with the repair thusfar, price seemed reasonable too.

Highly recommended. John's Auto has always done everything possible to get the correct parts at a price you can afford.

Nicest man named John was there when I took my van to shop. Me a woman scared of mechanics as I have always been told as a woman they often take advantage of us. I talked with this soft spoken man whom said he would have a look at van for me. It was a broke motor mount. They fixed my van and charged me the bare minimum!! I very much appreciate it and as soon as I can come up with 95$ will have them do the testing to figure out my abs light. They have this thingy they can plug in and tell everything that is wrong so they can properly fix it and not be guessing and fixing things that aren't broken. When I picked up the van the younger man in office could not have been a diner example of customer service. He was so kind and polite. I would recommend John's Auto Service to all and anyone but for ladies especially. You will not be disappointed. Thank you John's for teaching me mechanics are not what society taught me!

They've worked on my car twice now and both times they did amazing work. They put in a new transmission and fixed my exhaust. The price was very affordable and they did excellent work. I will definitely refer my friends here.

Even foreign cars - Volvo and BMW's.
The prices are good and the turn around was fast.
They just added another location in Morrow.

I have done business with John's several times with a couple cars, once for towing and another to de-flood my RX-8 and spark plug replacement, in addition to brakes and rotors for my daughter's Eclipse. My son also had his Monte Carlo coolant system repaired with John's. We were both highly satisfied with the services provided. The repairmen will answer any question you may have. I've found that they know just about as much as I do about my temperamental car. I've done a lot of Google research on the flooding problem, and they were highly skilled in understanding my problem. My son was also impressed by the level of knowledge they had about his car. Prices are competitive, too!

JOHN has been taking care of our family since my dad. He always comes through and has fair prices. He has also gotten me a few sets of tires at a great price. Good guys!

My family including myself has used his repairs for at least ten years. At least one visit a year form us and he has never treated us wrong. Once I had to take my car back because they forgot something but I can't hold that against them.
