Just got home from our first visit here and I'm almost angry we haven't been coming here for years. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy; it really does feel like you're at someone's home. We enjoyed looking at all the old photos on the wall and it brought the feeling of 'home'. But onto the food. Everything was AMAZING. We got ravioli as our side. I swear I'd eat that sauce off a rusty bumper. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and despite it being packed, our food came out pretty quickly and the timing between our appetizer and dinner was spot on. The prices are decent. A little more than other local restaurants but not by much and it's SO worth it. We are actually grabbing take out tomorrow and I can't wait. Obviously I would highly recommend eating here...every day.

This is absolutely one of the best kept secrets in N.E. Ohio!!! The surf and turf is amazing! It's not cheap... But if you want quality food, you pay what it's worth. The veal in the bernaise sauce with crab was decadent. The prime rib was fork tender with succulent mushrooms. My daughters salmon was cooked to perfection. I have no complaints, at all. Great food at fair market price! Can't wait til my birthday!!! Great job Silvestro's.

My partner has never been here before, but I have & service is always a hit or a miss. It's a nice little local spot. We don't go out much due to us having a toddler & it's the first night out we've had in awhile. We ended up sitting at the bar, because we only had so long to enjoy our evening out & had a lovely time. Bartender was friendly & attentive as she could be with how busy she was behind the bar. We had the bruschetta to split, my partner had the filet mignon & I got the prime rib, everything was delicious! Definitely a nice little date night spot, if you don't mind a wait or sitting at the bar. When we arrived the wait was about 20min for a table & when we left the wait was about an hour. We were lucky we arrived as early as we did before the rush! In total our bill was shy of $90 for the two of us, but it was worth it for us!

The portions are generous. I have never had a bad meal. There is consistency throughout the menu. Barb, Marie, and Crystal are outstanding!

A stellar meal. I cannot express the quality of the food consumed today. Service was friendly and fast. Food was cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing. It was not crowded, and I would go to say this is a hidden gem in Painesville. I would recommend this as a great place for a date and home cooked meal. 10/10

A great place with excellent food.Taken there a few years ago by great friends of ours usually go there when we visit them.When you walk in the door you expect to see Dean Martin& Frank Sinatra sitting at the bar. I had recommended it to another couple who were visiting that area and they were so happy they went to it.Also they serve the best bread made locally.

The food is excellent and portion size is large. Love this place.

By far my favorite restaurant. One of those rare places where the food, atmosphere, and service is all top notch. They have definitely perfected their craft in every way.

Great place.. very cozy… outstanding food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service was impeccable. We drove a good distance to try the food and we are happy we did. Certainly will return. Our steaks were huge and cooked to perfection. House dressing is delicious. Great place.. we will be back to try the pasta next.

It's been quite a while since we've been here and it's just as good as ever!! For my Mother's day meal I ordered Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti...delicious!!! The servings are big! I ate 1/2 of my dinner and I'll be having the other 1/2 for lunch tomorrow!!

I ordered a lobster tail. It was one of the largest best tasting best cook lobsters I’ve had in years there’s a must stop in Lake County. I haven’t seen a restaurant like this since I was a kid.

Excellent food every visit! Best prime rib with mushrooms and fresh horseradish! Love their pasta side dish. Homemade salad dressings all delicious!

Absolutely amazing food! Shrimp cocktail tasty, fresh, and great! Prime Rib and lobster was fantastic. Bring an appetite!

We have made several trips out here (an hour drive). It's well worth it. The food is excellent, we come here for the prime rib. Try the house made honey lime salad dressing, delicious! It's always packed. You will probably have to wait for a table, because they are that good...plan accordingly.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Huge portions too! I had wonderful Shrimp Scampi that had 5 HUGE shrimp, husband had filet mignon which was perfectly prepared. Others with us had the Prime Rib which was so tender and delicious. Can't wait to go back again!
