Super cute shelter! We had plenty of space and plugs. No heaters but it stayed at a perfect temperature. And it was only about 60° today. We even had the doors open. Highly recommend. Great price as well!

Beautiful and well maintained trails and park. Nice bathrooms and shelter house. Plenty of parking space. Kids loved the imagination trail and all it offered to play on/in. We enjoyed the storybook trail, book is frequently changed so visit often for a new story. All trails were very nice!

Such a beautiful metro park just west of Lima. Cool spot for kids to enjoy. They have a paved path along the children's area that they made animal prints in, which is cool. The shelter houses are impressive. Not sure what you have to do to reserve them. The only bad thing is they do get warm as they are enclosed without air conditioning. This was a very generous donation by Ms. Hermon. Unfortunately she only lived to 58 yrs old.

This is a wonderful park. It has some nice long trails that loop around as well as a playground for the kids. It also has two indoor pavilions with built-in tables, a counter for serving food, and multiple bbq grills at each one. They were very clean and well maintained. All of the windows opened and had screens in them. The back pavilion is the better of the two just because it gets more shade throughout the day, and it's closer to the playground and trails.

This park is absolutely lovely. Quiet and well kept. The story boards always have some adorable, educational pages along the trail. Just an all around nice place to take a walk.

Take my 2 dogs here at least twice a month. Love the trails and the different loops. Nice place to take photos also.

A great park with a walking side and separate kids area! Interesting things to do as opposed to traditional playground equipment. Sandbox, rope swing, cabin, and nature on the kids loop. Nice walking through the woods on the other side. What more could you want in a park 🏞

A beautiful park. Clean shelters and restrooms. There are small grills and large grills to use by the shelters. There's also a picnic area at the beginning of the trails. Not a lot of wildlife seen, but there were paw prints in the mud by the creek. And the trails seemed to be well kept clear of fallen trees.

All around a pleasant trail. I'm from Colorado, so in comparison, this trail is far from epic. But for Ohio, it's quite nice. It gives you the impression you are deep in a wooded wilderness! Decently busy on a Sunday afternoon.

A beautiful space for alone time or family time!! Little hideways to sit, read, meditate, yoga or bring the family for raw nature based fun! Rope swing, stick fort, mini cabin, sand put and even a story trail!! Seriously, it's the best!!! The Lima area is lucky to have this park!!

I love this park so much! There's always something interesting on the trails, so many beautiful plants and trees. Just be aware in the fall there can be quite a lot of mosquitoes so be sure to wear bug spray.

This is the only place that I have found to take the dog on a nature walk. Very clean trails, that are well marked and stone covered so you're not going to get muddy. I'm really looking forward to going out there in the spring when everything starts to grow again.
