I first met Mr. Richard Mott (Owner) pre pandemic. After Our initial meeting I knew American Roofing and Construction Inc. would be the company we would retain to replace the aging shingles, gutters and shutters for our home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and the respect he showed us. Mr. Mott stayed in touch with us throughout the pandemic and the Winter months to see if we had any questions or concerns regarding the proposal or scope of work that he provided us.

With things opening and better weather, Mr. Mott contacted us to schedule a date that would work best for my wife and myself. We chose May, 17th. as a good starting date for our complete tear off and shingle replacement for our home. Mr. Mott and his crew worked tirelessly to insure the job was done to our satisfaction. It was truly impressive to watch a true Maestro work at his profession. The attention to detail as well as the attention and respect for our property was impressive. Mr. Mott always took time to answer any questions we had and explained things to us in detail to us as the job continued.

Once the job was complete Mr. Mott and his crew made sure they did everything possible to return our property to same condition it was in prior to the new roof installation. I was equally impressed that whatever the price on the initial proposal Mr. Mott and I agreed on to prior to the job was the same price at the end of the job. Now that the roof part of the job is complete we look forward to Mr. Mott and his crew returning to replace and install the new gutters and shutters on our home. What a pleasure to work with a true professional.
