Our experience with Craftsman Electric, Inc. was seamless from beginning to end. Our technician, Zach, did an exceptional job installing our Tesla wall connector. He completed the work efficiently and precisely at the quoted price. The entire team we interacted with exhibited professionalism, competence, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a straightforward and satisfactory service. I can not recommend this company enough and your in very good an capable hands. I initially worked with Craftsman Electric two years ago upgrading the service to my house to 200amps. The install took one day, and despite some set backs the technicians stayed late until the job was done. A few weeks later I get a knock on the door and it's Craftsman Electric coming out to check the equipment and make sure I'm happy with the service. Didn't have any issues and was very happy to see they had enough pride in the work to do a follow up. Two years later I'm having partial power issues after extreme cold and wind. Duke came out and did some work, but the issue persisted. I called Craftsman back out to take a look and they were here within two hours. They checked over all the work they did, torqued everything down, but the issue still persisted. They then looked over the Duke lines and found the issue. The technician took the initiative and replaced the faulty component on Duke's end, and everything worked. The best part, they charged me under the warranty of the original install from two years ago. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I'm very grateful to have a company like Craftsman Electric around to take care of me. I had them do a couple things, and everything from the quote on was good. I asked a lot of questions and changed my mind on one item and they were happy to answer all my questions and were very easy to work with. The guys who did the install were respectful of my space and left everything clean, they were nice and also answered the few questions I had and made sure my new lights cameras etc were working.

Great experience. Had an after hour issue and Tyler came out. He graciously walked me through the issue over the phone to make sure I wasn't missing something that would be an easy fix. When we determined the likely issue, he was out within the hour. Professional, communicative and helpful. Very much appreciated - especially with a house full of people in town for the holiday. Highly recommend.

Exceptional! From my call to Pearl about flickering lights throughout our home, to the prompt service provided by Tyler, Craftsman exceeded expectations. Earlier Duke Energy had advised that the problem was within our home, and we were concerned of safety hazard. Tyler did a thorough investigation, plus explained everything verbally & in writing about why problem was outside and required another call to Duke. Hats off to Tyler. Highly recommend.

Everyone advertises 24/7 services but I started search for help around 8pm probably called 10 companies and no one had anyone available. This company did! They were on it and Tyler was quick and very professional! I would definitely recommend them!!
