For weeks after getting my mortgage finalized could not get the account setup for using the online services. You will be unable to complete it without key information that you will NEVER be made aware unless you call. Message you receive is technically difficulties try again later.

The loan payment portal is a separate login and should only be accessed from the main internet page from a button. Do not bookmark the site it takes you to as you won't be able to login. I was told to not send from my credit union since it would be a paper check and if it is late because of the mail service I would have a late fee.

If you make an error in entering any information do not expect the edit button to let you know you have a typo or other issue.

Twice told payment should go through immediately they can see it. Right. I paid in cash and in person after verifying my payments still had an issue or they did not see them.

Requested a maintenance form so I could add my missing information and was offered a authorization form to add a nonexistent physical check. Then asked why I needed the form do I need to do a name change?? I do not know they lady on the phone told me I need it filled out so I can setup my account online. She said you just need to go online. No... no... I need the form so I can complete it.

The next day 2 or the 4 payments pulled from my checking account. One got applied to next month and the other as a principal only payment. I called I could request in writing to get one of them back or have it applied to two months out.

What a frustrating web services experience.
