Great service, honesty, great prices, and great work ! Had the brakes/rotars done on my Silverado, very happy with everything !

Took my car for regular maintenance. I asked for a tire realignment, rotate and balance along with an oil change. I was expecting around $200 however was surprised with $115. He was honest and said I didn't need a realignment saving me over $100. Will always come back because I believe any dishonest mechanic would've charged me although the process wasn't completed. Most certainly recommend for any car needs!!!

Steve has worked on my truck a few times, he and his crew are amazing. Never had any complaints about the work that they do! Very reasonable pricing and excellent work! I would recommend family, friends and any one else that need a work done on their vehicles.

The staff here is always very informative and give you information without seeming like they are trying to upsell you or replace anything that isn't necessary. Service is reasonably priced for the field and they have after hours key drop offs. Site is a little small so make sure to call ahead and schedule.

The driveway leads out to a main road with pretty constant traffic. It's easier to turn right when leaving and then go up to the light to turn instead of waiting to go left half the time.

Cons: the reputation is so good you will have to make an appointment and wait a bit to get your car in.

Pros: Steve looked over my entire car and wasn't going to charge me anything because he only had to tighten up the sway bars and bend a brake part. I ended up having him replace my battery.

Bottom line: If you want a mechanic who won't do you dirty at a competitive price come here. Broadview Auto Service is a bit expensive. Gallagher's Auto is nice and an okay second choice if you can't wait, but Firehawk is more thorough than both at a much better price.

So I’ve been coming to Steve for a while and I just realized I probably should write a review lol. So my words for him are, Best mechanic by far. It’s hard to find a mechanic who is trustworthy. Steve is honest, tells me what’s wrong and fixes it. If something doesn’t need fixed he’ll tell me. I will keep coming to him and referring him out. He’s good at what he does and honest about he does. Can’t get much better than that🤷‍♂ Also doesn’t charge me for unnecessary things. Which is what tells me he’s not out to rip me off.

It’s such a a disruption in your life when your car exhibits a problem. Whether it’s an obvious mechanical issue or a light in the instrument cluster that shouldn’t be on its aggravating. I’ve had both situations. I’ve used large, chain repair shops where they try to upsell you on unnecessary and expensive repairs. I’ve gone to small shops where they didn’t have the expertise to troubleshoot problems.I was referred to Firehawk by a friend and I’m thankful for it. I’ve started regularly using Firehawk to service my vehicles and I’m very pleased. Steve and his wife Jennifer own and operate the business. What I like about Steve is he treats my car as if it was his in determining how to do a repair. I had a loud noise from the exhaust system. Steve found that a short section of exhaust pipe was rotted. Rather than suggesting I replace the entire exhaust system , which Im relatively sure the local chain would have done, he cut out the short section that was bad and replaced just that section. That repair alone saved me hundreds of dollars. His repair costs are very reasonable. I wish I would have found him years ago!

Been taking my vehicles to Firehawk since Steve opened. He and his crew are honest and fair in cost of any needed repairs. It's not every day that you find auto repair and maintenance businesses as his. If he finds an issue while working on your vehicle, he will show you and be honest if its a necessary repair. He does not take advantage. If he's unable to make the repair or knows a place where it can be done for less at a reputable business, he will let you know. This is why he's been successful. Highly recommended!!!!

They are really a great group at Firehawk. I found them last year and decided to give them a shot because of the good reviews. Since then i've brought in multiple vehicles for repairs. one recently which involved a substantial repair. Im very impressed with level of customer service and quality work they continue to provide..They always give me the good better best option and always give me very fair pricing. I know they're legit because i used to do my own mechanic work..just dont have the time anymore... I highly recommend Firehawk.

Best shop in the entire greater cleveland area! I wouldn't even consider taking my vehicles (personal, or company) anywhere else. In fact, I drive out of my way to bring my cars to Steve and his team. Very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Good prices, and always gets the job done right. I've been going to this place for years, however, I've never taken the time out to write a quick review on their company, staff, honesty and pricing. I’ve thought about it, but haven’t done it, which, I think it’s time that I do. I’ve probably had my car in their facility 6 times or so, everything from a simple oil change, brake replacement, air shock removal/ installation of spring-coil shocks, tire rotations or tire plugs. Also, like any relationship, it takes a while to trust someone I don’t know, especially when it comes to them telling me what is or isn’t wrong with my car, because, in the long run, it equates to money. Not only is this place clean, neat, organized and honest, if you bring your vehicle into this place, this isn’t the type of place that will try to up sell you and/or say there is something wrong with your vehicle when there isn’t. This is a family owned business, therefore, I think the owners value their repeat customers, word of mouth and the honest work that they do, which, if the keep this business plan, they’re generating what many companies are losing, repeat customers and new customers. I was referred from a coworker, which, like her, having a European car, I've/we’ve been taken advantage of due to the nature of the beast and the upcharge that comes with technicians not having the proper equipment or knowledge to work on them, however, Firehawks staff will refer you elsewhere if they don’t feel confident doing work on your vehicle. Alternatively, if they’re able to perform the work, they’ll do it at a way more reasonable price in the time frame that they say they’ll perform the work in, unlike dealerships or specialty / European auto repair companies. Basically, I’m taking this time to not only share my positive experience(s) that I’ve had with them with you, but to also support a local, honest, fair priced…..auto mechanic facility / family. If you’re looking for an auto repair shop, do not think twice about going here, I guarantee you’ll have the same positive experience I’ve had.
