DABS Utah State Liquor Store #01 - Salt Lake City

Excellent service. Jon is super knowledgeable and Samantha was friendly. I didn’t get the name of the cashier person Samantha took over for this afternoon but they were friendly as well. Security was on point and friendly as well. The store was clean and organized. They had what I needed. I went around 2 pm right before it got super busy luckily. Parking was super convenient.

Everyone is very nice at this liquor store they r speedy when there is a line n keep things basically stocked chirtisan brothers they run out of fast but other than that stocked

This state liquor store sure was busy, but the employees there took care of people very quickly & curiously. The store was clean & one of the nicest stores I've ever seen in Utah... 👍💯

Stopped in to grab something for a friend, the lines were long but it didn't seem like it because the employees were so friendly and chatted you up so well that I didn't see anybody leave their unhappy.

This place is a trip on Friday night at 9:00 PM. There's a parking lot attendant, lines that rival Disneyland, and an eclectic array of customers. All that being said, the staff were great and got us out in great time.

Always a joy to be around other alcoholics. Prices on beer is a rip off, Mormon tax?

It's funny being fron Florida traveling country and run into Florida gator fans right before the Utes defeat them. Plus it is safe to call it the number one store.

This place has liquor, puss, to weed. Just gotta explore the workers and customers. Lil vegas!

They need a bigger parking lot; I'm constantly having to park on the street.

Probably don't go here on a Saturday night. It was rather crowded. However, the security guard at the door was very kind with a great sense of humor! Prices are pretty good too.

Even with a small store, they manage to pack a lot in. Tons of beer options ranging from natty ice to craft beer, lots of hard liquors, wine selection might be a little slim compared to the wine store, but you'll definitely find a few bottles of anything you desire including canned wines and some local wineries. Prices are fantastic and the lines move quick thanks to some fantastic cashier's.

I went in not store not busy grabbed some crown royal apple flavor great liquor !!! Friendly staff great cashier's I'll definitely will go back!!!!

Love the people who work there. They have a real interest and caring for the people they serve. They are really brave working the frontlines during the pandemic. Ive never heard a complaint from any of them and probably should have because of the craziness and already drunk customers they legally have to cut off and have to patiently ask them to leave all the while being yelled at and threatened. State liquor store monthly sales were up 1.3 million per store during the pandemic so far and I'm sure with no end in site most people need that 11am drink or 3 to adjust to not having the school teachers "raise" oops teach their badly behaved kids for most of the day. The security guards are cool and funny if you're not acting like a a-hole. Best in salt lake in my opinion and they deserve a raise especially when the liquor stores go to 24hr schedules. I wish... and no they are not. Utah people! We live in Utah it's not happening! Go say hi and tell them I sent ya.

Great service by staff and security

There's not a lot of places to get liquor in Salt Lake. Even so, this place really delivers. Great variety. Fair prices, and very friendly staff. Location is convenient as well. Who knew that getting liquor and Utah can be a challenge? Luckily this place takes care of it.

About As Good As It Gets In terms of liquor stores in utah. All business, usually well stocked, they just move you in and move you out. What more could you want?
