The UPS Store

I stopped at this location on Tuesday February 20th 2024 to ship back home computers to Maryland that we acquired for our organization. we had 50 laptops and the shipping cost was going to be a lot more than we had thought and budgeted for. Jeff Enslow was very helpful in getting us a AAA Discount to bring down the price over $150.00 and he did not charge us for the boxes, his time, or labor. I know this is not the normal thing to happen but they were so helpful and we are very thankful for him and his partners help.

Went in with many packages to return and the woman working the counter was so patient, helpful and kind. This was the second time I’d been in this store and was markedly impressed by their great customer service. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Ups store has a very good record of getting my packages delivered and unbroken on time. I ship hand made very fragile sculptures. Usps breaks em. UPS has never broken 1 in many years. I always have UPS store wrap and box these sculptures

We have used this store a few times to return Amazon packages or send packages to family and we have had nothing but good customer service each time! We will definitely return in the future!

Justine has helped me several times, most especially on the last few minutes before they close. She does extra for a customer who works 9-530p. I appreciate her kindness and hospitality. She deserves a bonus!!!

Professional, fast and capable. I go into the office every few weeks and they are always working hard and get to me quickly. These guys are understaffed some days but do a great job despite that.

I don’t understand the low ratings for this place- I was vacationing on the coast and suddenly needed to print and notarize multiple documents within 2 hours. The employees were absolutely wonderful and helped me complete everything and get it mailed out right away. Emelio in particular was patient and stayed beyond his notary shift to make sure I could finish. What started as a stressful experience became a simple one and I am Incredibly grateful to this store!

Good customer service every time we come here!

My Jackson and Perkins living rose bush, lilacs and etc order was sent here by mistake instead of my home.
Cindi was beyond helpful and trusty Nathan who works from the hub delivered to my house the next day. My American greyhound adores him and his diligent service makes him my superhero as is Cindi now.
This was more than the mandated terms and I cannot state enough praise for this help as a cancer sufferer especially considering how busy the store was when I phoned for help several times after the UPS 1-800 customer service was useless.

All the negative reviews have inspired me to write a nice one. Ive been here twice now for drop off returns and both times the young guy Brian? Marc? Has said hello not just to me but all who enter. He has been courteous and helpful. I will no longer avoid this UPS location

American Airlines lost my suitcase, then recovered it, 16 days later, and delivered it to a local address after I had already returned to my home 3,000 miles away.

Someone brought the suitcase to UPS for me and Emilio worked with me over the phone to get everything packed and shipped. I haven't received my bag yet, but everything has gone smoothly so far. I'm very thankful for his assistance.

This ups store is great. The employees are very friendly and helpful me with a difficult situation. I highly recommend this store.

I have visited the store multiple times and have been pleased every time. I’m thankful for their hours since the Astoria post office is closed on the weekends, and they make Amazon return super easy!

I don't know what these other people's problems are but my experience with this store has never ever been less than stellar!! The owners will bend over backwards to help you with ANY shipping need you may have and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.. What else do you really need? Clatsop County would be lost without their friendly service!!

Some of the most friendly and helpful around. I have other UPS store mailboxes and have consistently found caring, honest, and staff that goes out of their way to assist me! This branch is awesome!
