Michael at the Pro Desk gave me 5 star customer service over the phone. I needed an online item, but it was going to take too long to order. He was able to find an in-stock item and set me up with delivery. Michael went out out of his way to deliver 5 star customer service. I've only had good experiences working with the staff at this Home Depot.

My wife and I just happened to find an awesome ceiling light fixture we really wanted and at a great price " but " it had to be special ordered.. between, David at the CS counter, Arthur in the isles and Nicole's assistance they found the product in store and made our day. Thank you all for your customer response.

The best Home Depot hands down. I was asked three times while shopping if I needed assistance. And so friendly and knowledgeable

We got a bum tree twice. Not Home depots fault. Unfortunately the lights and remote were faulty. After the second tree and calling the manufacturer I called here and Mark in the lawn department was super helpful and opened up another box and put it together to make sure it worked right for me before I drove all the way back in. He followed up with me twice also. I really appreciated him doing it as he could have just given me my money back and done a return but he made sure we got the tree we wanted ( i know, I know...even though it sucked the first 2 times it was so pretty).

Customer service has dramatically improved! With technological advancements, sending your receipt to your email makes returns or adjustments a breeze!
I've noticed and experienced more employees on the floor willing to help or answer questions! Acknowledgment is essential when wandering through a massive warehouse of home improvement!

Home Depot is our place to shop for home repair goods. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask one of the sales associates they will gladly help you

Sasha at the customer desk was super friendly and very helpful. It was nice to see a friendly face while on a mundane task.

Had a great experience buying a washer and dryer at this location..Rachael Erickson was amazing the nicest person we have met in oregon yet since we have moved here. She was very informal and knew everything about the purchase. Will be coming to home depot for most of our purchases now. Not even a minute later we saw her outside loading bags of soil wow.

That's a store I can get into a lot of trouble in. Anything and everything you could ever want to build or repair any projects you have.

I lost my wallet today at the Warrenton, OR location. The whole thing is a long story, but the quick and short version is that an employee (Teresa, Theresa?, Sorry not sure on spelling) found it and called my cards bank to have them get a hold of me. This individual went way above and beyond and exhibited exception honesty and integrity. I wanted to give them a reward, but wasn't able to determine who this was as I only dealt with customer service. I would like to thank everyone involved and particularly Teresa. If anyone in upper management knows who this is, I 100% would recommend a promotion and raise for this person as they are obviously management material.

Also, yeah I know this is supposed to be a review for home Depot and yeah the Warrenton location is great, highly recommend!

Today we went to customer service. There were many items to return following a major remodel. Libby was great! She made sense of a cart full of products and more than a dozen receipts. She Is a great employee.

In and out quickly,got 50% off my purchase today.

My sister got her flooring from Home Depot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We really needed Home Depot on the North Coast. Gardening, lumber, plumbing, paint. Worth the drive. They have great seasonal items as well. Never disappointed.

This is one of the best home depots I've been to. The service is friendly and available they have the same massive selection, and they always manage to help you feel valued.

I drive an extra 30min to go here rather than the many other chain hardware stores because of those facts

Always have what I need at good price. Not a lot people to help you anymore so I plan my trips locating what I need before I go.

They've got it all, and if they don't have it, you probably don't need it anyway.

Wonderful place to visit. Great, very friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile to help however they can. Don't be afraid to ask questions as the associates can't read your mind but do their best to help you once they understand what you are looking for or the services that you need. Really knowledgeable people in the specialty departments like flooring, appliances, and doors and windows. Pro desk has great people too always willing to help. Give them a try and you won't regret it.
