AT&T Store

Trask (love his name) has been very helpful! My son and I finally went our separate ways on a joint phone plan. Trask took the time needed to explain everything clearly, however, I am a child of the 70's and most of it went over my head. But I am confident both my son and I got the plans we needed and wanted. Thank you, Trask, for great service!

Sage was amazing!! My cell bill went up from the month before. Sage was able to find the problem (AT & T billing error) and assist in calling into the mother ship. All of this was done with the utmost professionalism as I was starting to melt down from frustration. I’m tempted to drive to the beach for my next I phone. The experience was THAT good! Thanks again Sage!! You rock!!

Zeke did an amazing 👏 job providing me customer service. He was kind when answer all my questions, he set my phones up and made it look easy. I left the store happy I mean no frustration lol. I went to the Warrenton store after my phone was stolen. Trask and Tami were mermazing. They were very patient. It took several hours for Tami to transfer all the data and my photos 💜🧜‍♀💜

I had a terrible experience with the At&t in Gresham Oregon. But when I came into this store everyone was so friendly and didn't try to rush me out! Ben helped me and he was able to fix the problems with my account and set me up properly with my new phone. I am very grateful and always come to this location from now on.

The entire staff were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and fun. What more can you ask for in customer service. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. Brad did a fantastic job of helping and explaining things clearly. Absolutely no sales pressure. I will definitely use this location to do all future AT&T business. It may be a 30 minute drive but it beats being on hold for that long when trying to call customer service and there was no language barrier.

Trask was so helpful yesterday! He helped me transfer four devices from Verizon. I finally have good cell service at my house. Ask for trask he’s the best 😎

Went to the store when they were a half hour from closing. Was help as soon as I walked in the door. Had to use their phone to call customer service. Was taking awhile but they were all very kind and helpful. They let me stay till my issue was resolved. I very much appreciate all their kindness and understanding

Jim was super helpful, patient, and friendly! I didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered all my questions. I got a new phone and he went over all the different options in detail and made sure I had all the right accessories (Black Friday deals on these were great btw!) Overall really good experience working with him!

Was having troubles getting a phone ordered online with AT&T so I made the decision to drive almost 3 hours from where I live in Washington state to get a phone for a family member that lives in Astoria. Zeke was who answered my phone call and had no problem checking their inventory and thankfully they had the one specific iPhone we wanted. He kindly held it for me so I could make the drive down to get it. When I arrived he was able to get me quickly checked out and was able to make some suggestions on changes to my account to save some money. Glad I made the drive and would definitely consider buying a phone again from here.

The best experience in a phone store in every way that I could ever have imagined. Jadelynn didn't drop a beat for the whole time spent in the store (and there was 2 of us)! All that and an 800$ trade-in on my old Galaxy Note 3? Shut the front door! Proud owner of the Samsung S22 Ultra!!

Trask Lane was very very patient with me as I tried to get HBO Max downloaded. It was not easy for me and he was there the whole way helping me figure out how it was going to happpen. I’m highly satisfied with his knowledge and patience.

The product on display, which is perfect, is not exactly the product available for sale. The sales person handled the discrepancy professionally. However, I’d much rather have had the older version which had an input for an antenna that I can use on my boat or in remote wilderness areas.

Had the best service today and really anytime I go in. Zeke helped switch me from prepaid to post paid. We added a new line and it ended up being $5 cheaper going this route... We have 4 lines in total.
