I set up my appointment today through Nicole and she really was amazing! Any question I had she was more than happy to help with. She was also just extremely friendly and conversational not to the extreme just enough to make you feel like you left a nice conversation and not just set up.an appointment. Hi, I was greeted with positivity and the representative was extremely kind and helpful. The process was explained in simple, easy to understand steps and any questions I had were answered completely. I was pleased to learn their fees were the lowest I had come upon. Once I provided the necessary information, I set my appt for within the week. I was sent a link to zoom meet with the doctor. He had received my medical records. We discussed my condition and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a calm and unique experience.

It was an extremely simple process. I scheduled on a day where discounts were applied and was able to go through the process in a relatively short time frame. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns and will help you even after you have received a license. This was the easiest and least stressful virtual appointment I’ve ever had. Before the appointment my anxiety was crazy. Always is when I have a virtual appointment with someone I’ve never met, but the gentleman I talked to was very understanding and patient. We got through the whole thing rather quickly. Only time that took a while was waiting before the appointment. Other than that it was great. Thank you!

Overall it was a really good experience to be honest. I deal with doctor offices and booking appointments, and trying to get medical papers transferred back and forth and obtain records on a Regular basis I have epilepsy and have to deal with it as a part of life. Every time I try to make an appointment or accomplish some simple task it seems like the office loses the fax, or s prescription refill is forgotten, and an appointment now booked for the wrong time , etc. With obtaining my medical card through Ohio marijuana card and Talking to several different people, I never once had to deal with anything unprofessional, my documents were never lost, I was never falsely charged, I was promptly given an appointment and got my card very quickly after dealing with all friendly professional people who had the skills to effectively bro their job and make the process as easy as possible for me. They actually took the time to walk me thru how I can obtain a copy of my own records without having to pay some bogus fee at my Dr office for them to gather and send the documents, I ahead I was taught how to get em myself which I did and that alone saved me a 165 dollar fee at my Dr office. Also, when I tried to get an appointment there was none available for almost a week, and I was in a position where I needed to get my card the Friday I spoke to them due to needing things together on Monday for something else very important where I'd need the info and everything from the medical card being obtained and if I didn't get it until after it would have cost me a large sum of money and a bunch of time in order to get it done, they actually somehow managed to pull together an appointment for me in fifteen minutes. Never had anywhere I've ever been given me priority and did what was needed to help me like that. Great experience highly recommend to everyone
