Kanell's has the best selection of unique furniture we have seen so far in SLC. Lots of their pieces are made right here in SLC too! The owners are amazing and we had such a wonderful experience working with them to pick out our perfect couch. If I could leave more than 5 STARS I would!

I got the most beautiful emerald green couch from here! It is so comfortable, and the velvet upholstery is buttery soft. They delivered it the next day. Kim was a joy to work with. I highly recommend stopping by, they have so much unique and beautiful furniture to pick from.

Such a cute furniture store. Kim was so helpful! I'm not sure of the timeline but I think they are having a sell. The owner is retiring. If you are looking for new fun furnishing you should give Kanell's a visit soon 🥰

Kept driving by this place and always was curious what they had in there. Finally made the stop and was super impressed by their unique selections yet super reasonable pricing. Everything is very unique but not flimsy quality, and super budget friendly. Went in for a coffee table and found the perfect one without even thinking about it. The owner was helpful but not overly watchful. She even helped me load the table into my car! Would definitely recommend for a unique, stylish, modern find without breaking your wallet. Will be coming back next time I need anything!

Kanell's merchandise is absolutely beautiful. Very fair priced and Kim treated me as if she'd known me for many years. She's a lovely woman. I feel like I have a new friend. I highly recommend Kanell's.

Great customer service! Store offers high quality furniture products. Couches, sofas and sectionals are customizable and the owner seems to be very passionate about helping you design the furniture you want. We'll definitely buy here again.

Great store with an awesome selection of varied products with great textures and colors. Everyone was great to work with and so accommodating. This store is not like the big chain brands or any of the massive and basic online retailers; Kanell’s is so much more!

Best furniture store in SLC. I love their selection. They always have great designs and colors that you don’t see anywhere else. I’ve bought several pieces from them and when I’m looking for something that stands out they’re always my first choice. The prices are fair and the quality is great too. The furniture is sturdy and well built. On top of that, they’re extremely friendly and their service is next to none. I’d rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

I can’t thank Kim @ Kanell’s enough. She was so much fun to create a space with. We scoured the entire store, moved furniture all around so I could find the perfect combination. I will absolutely be back for more as I continue to add pieces to my apartment. Thank you Kim! You and your store are gems of SLC!

Best furniture experience ever! We got exactly what we wanted at an amazing price (way lower than we expected) AND they were unbelievably fast. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will be back for more custom furniture!!

Kim is such a sweetheart! She has an amazing vibe and the store reflects that. If you’re looking for original pieces from tables and chairs to a stand out piece like a blue velvet couch, which we bought, this is the place to go!

This place has really good furnitures with reasonable prices. The most important thing of their products is that they are so comfortable (specifically, their sofas and lounge chairs are worth seating). You should go there and try some. Strongly recommend.

I came in looking for a few cool pieces of furniture for my 22 year old son's new apartment. Not only did I pick up a couple of neat pieces (at wonderful prices), I felt like I made a couple of new friends.

While there, don't miss out on the opportunity to have a chat with Plato, Kim's father. A WWII veteran, Plato is what this country is about. A true gentleman and a great storyteller...meeting him will make you want to call your dad!

I bought a custom sectional here, because I have a funny shaped living room and needed a specific shape and size. All I have to say is they exceed my every expectation. The quality was awesome and the price even better. My girlfriend struggled to find a fabric she liked and the store was patient and just keep getting sample after sample until she found the one she loved. I will definitely be back for more

I was in need of a new banana chair, and options for buying these lovely chairs are very limited, both online and local... or at least they appeared to be until I found this place!! Kanell's has so many banana chairs, it's just plain bananas! Great selection in a cool little local shop that's worth checking out. Staffers are super nice too. Worth a visit!
