Chipotle Mexican Grill

Kaylee or how ever she spells it was wonderful. Took all 5 of my kids and my niece to eat. My niece she has a disease where she can't eat gluten. So Kaylee made sure everything was clean and taken care of before her food was fixed. Not every place would have done that.

Foods always amazing. My bf and I get the bowl and share n it....it's so big! We make ours the same every visit and it never disappoints!

Went into today before work at 2pm and a girl named Madison came over with a great attitude and very friendly. She made my bowl way better then I ever had it there and was very thankful for her for that . I definitely hope she's there I go again so I can give her a cash tip that I didn't have on me. Tried using card with tip and they can't do that there unfortunately.

Delicious! Even when they are busy, the staff is super friendly and always apologetic for any delays. The place is always clean. I love the little shelf in the bathroom to sit my phone and purse on. Also, the ability to choose between a hand dryer or paper towels is so nice!

I see this staff treat everyone with a smile. That isn't easy. The food is great and it's clean. I'll be back soon!

Very generous with portions, but they tend to give you less if you order ahead online so I would just walk in.

The best Chipotle I have been to in a while. The staff was very friendly and amazing.

I lightly let them know about an allergy and they went above and beyond and were beyond nice.

I placed a mobile order as we were leaving kings island to pick up on the way home. We arrived 15mins early, I told them I was early and was in no rush. The staff was super friendly and apologetic for being out of items because they were swamped. Food was Amazing!! The guy making my mobile order tonight Aug 13th was awesome! Thanks again!!

Stopped by for a quick bite during a road trip. Food and service is (almost) always predictable at Chipotle no matter where you are in the US. This location was no different. I got exactly what I expected.

When my son told them he had Celiac they immediately took all precautions to prevent cross contamination. The whole staff was friendly and caring while assembling his meal. They had clearly been trained to handle severe food allergies. The food was awesome as usual. I have to say the bag of chips my husband and I got were the best we have had! This Chipotle never disappoints us. And now it has proven itself as a safe place for us to be able to take our son. I so appreciate the staff at this location! Management has done a great job with them!

Amazing experience. Walked in to wafting aromas of Mexican seasonings. Staff was on point. Food was excellent and fresh, meat was not dry but tender and juicy. Chips were perfect, crisp and salty. Great job everyone!

Popped to Chipotle for a late lunch whilst visiting friends in Lebanon, Ohio. It Mexican meets McDonald's, but the service was quick and the food good 🙂 There are more authentic Mexican restaurants to visit but I'd still recommend Chipotle if your close...

The manager was great. Was here about a week or so ago and they gave me the wrong food, and the manager made it right and Compt me my lunch. Just love this place

This location is amazing! They handled my celiac allergy well, they were patient, kind, and professional! They changed their gloves, washed hands, and prepped the area to accommodate. Kim was top notch, Jesse was also stellar Jayden was the bee’s knees. The staff kept busy cleaning, restocking, and Sanitizing during “down time” as we dined in, and stopped their tasks to assist. My order was completely accurate and delicious. This is by far the greatest experience at a chipotle I have ever had.

This is the best Chipotle I've had in a while. I like the newer design inside and the outdoor seating. It's also not a huge pain to get in and out of the parking lot. Went on on a busy Saturday and they were very quick and efficient.

The food here is consistently great! I try to leave room for improvement, but they're doing a great job! We'll see you soon.

Great food, clean store, hard workers. Complaints are obviously petty individuals who can't wrap their minds around the staffing issues everywhere these days. Never once has an employee not been professional and extremely sanitary when I have been there.
