I am so glad to be seeing a rheumatologist there. Very caring people. Staff is Efficient. Lab services and pharmacy on location. Phlebotomists are excellent and I know because I was one
All I could wish for would be a printed summary of the visit. I'm going to keep going even tho it's a 40 minute drive for me.

They are always great when I visit. Today they were especially attentive and concerned about my health. They eventually had to call EMS. But while waiting for them to arrive, they checked on my several times, an officer(Robinson) even came by to check on me, he was quite humorous also. The receptionist, the nurse, EKG tech & Doctor were all welcoming. I would definitely recommend. I got my first ambulance ride

Never a super long wait to get in the room. Sometimes it’s a long wait for the doctor to come in the room. Usually that’s only when there’s only 1-2 doctors working so considering that, 45 mins in the room still wasn’t that long when there’s only 1 doc, as there was today. They’re always nice and really efficient. Neither myself nor my son have ever been misdiagnosed there, and they always give very clear, detailed next steps. If there’s no openings to schedule in the Solv app, as was the case today, walk-in is still very efficient. This is our go to urgent care and we haven’t had a bad experience yet outside of 1 billing issue overall. Thanks to the front desk staff, nurses and doctors for always giving their best at this location, time and time again.

Had to go 2 days in a row. Once for my son once for me. Both visits were smooth and fairly quick, considering. Staff is nice. Front desk staff was nicer yesterday but the girl today wasn’t terrible. I love the no contact check in and the digital queue, letting me know when my turn was coming. I would definitely recommend

My time at Urgent Care was well spent. Never want to have to go to Urgent Care again, but my doctor there was very caring and very attentive. Sadly she couldn’t cure what was wrong and that was because it was Urgent Care, I needed the ER and she knew that and instead of telling me she’s releasing me to go home, she could only release me to the ER for further tests and care. So I’m appreciative!

Yesterday was the 3rd time I have gone to this clinic. Every time my experience has been excellent. The waiting area is clean. The receptionist, nurse or medical assistant and the doctor are caring, knowledgeable, professional. The first time I went in 2019, I had gone to a Minute Clinic first. The nurse practitioner at the clinic was also excellent. She told me I needed to go to Emergency or an Urgent Care that could X-ray my chest. I had had a bad cold for about 3 weeks prior, which had developed into a very bad cough. I was exhausted & felt I wasn’t getting enough oxygen. (The pulse-ox at Minute Clinic read 94). And I had a temp of 101. This was on a Sunday (of course) and was about 3 wks before the first case of Covid was diagnosed in the United States. At the Urgent Care I was diagnosed with pneumonia after the X-ray and given a script for an antibiotic and specific instructions of what to be on the alert for. I improved from that day forward. The second time an X-ray confirmed I had broken my wrist (also on a Sunday). At all times, including yesterday for a different issue, I was given excellent care, follow up info and guidance. Highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Went in with a knee injury, on a semi busy Sunday afternoon, in out in less than two hours. Nurse was amazing, radiology staff and doctors were awesome as well. Very pleased with my experience!

I arrived with a lacerated finger. The admin person who checked me in was very pleasant and kind. I waited about 25 minutes in the outer waiting room, then about another 15 in the exam room. Four patients were ahead of me. The medical assistant who checked vital signs was very warm and welcoming and kind. The physician was also, and took pains to be sure I was comfortable for exam and then treatment (sutures) after a quick x-ray in radiology on another floor. The RN who applied the dressing after sutures and who administered my tetanus shot was skillful and kind. All stayed past the urgent care closing time to complete my care.
I am happy to recommend this facility and glad to know they are there for any future needs.

Urgent Care was a great experience. The staff members were kind, respectable and friendly. They were professional and knowledgeable. The Sign In was easy and it didn’t take long to be seen.
I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere.

Today I went to seek care at 9am, the urgent care was already busting at the seams with sick patients. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The staff was extremely pleasant & my attending physician was so kind & understanding . She addressed all my concerns & was very professional. Hands down the best urgent care visit I've ever had. If you want quality care delivered with kindness & knowledge UH is your spot.

Everyone was kind and helpful, I had some difficulty with the online registration, but the kind young lady at reception helped me with it. Once I was taken to an examination room the PA/nurse was very efficient in documenting my condition, the Doctor too got right down to business. I got testing done quickly and was released. They called me the next morning with my results. A very efficient operation all around.

The Urgent Care staff at the Beachwood location was very caring and kind! They were very efficient as well! In & out! Thank God I wasn't too sick but I still didn't have to wait long!

It’s an urgent care facility, so this time of year, it will always be busy with people who have sniffles—why don’t they just go to the Minute Clinic???

I was seen in about 30 minutes after my arrival. Once I was taken back to the examination room they were very efficient. I had my BP taken immediately and then within a very few minutes, probably 2 or 3 a PA came in to examine me and order an x-ray. That was no surprise, it’s what I expected. I walked over to Radiology in the same building, had the service performed in a few minutes and walked back upstairs. They already had seen the electronic x-ray by the time I got there. I saw the same PA, was given the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, and was back at my office in about 1 hour 15 minutes, including the initial wait time.

They were pleasant and helpful. I was glad that I went there for the exam.

I understand that you can arrange an appointment online. I think that had I don’t that it would have cut down on the wait. All in all, it was still fine.

I had a great experience today...was very concern..Staff professional and courteous...I will say during this difficult time, it was nice to see smiles. My doctor was very professional and made me feel ease..even the staff in Cat Scan were great. Still feeling bad, but I am taking doctors advice...staff wasn't loud, some patients were. My visit was great.

Went in at 7 pm thinking I was too late to get treatment. Registering was fast and easy. Was told "We lock the doors at nine, but everyone inside gets treated. We cannot turn away before that". Nurses were frendly, positive and helpful. Was done by 7:45, plenty of time to get to the pharmacy for the prescription. Will go there over the walk in clinics 100% now.

The first time I was at this urgent care! I was taken back quickly and cared for right away! Staff was friendly but professional They immediately helped me and thoroughly worked up a care plan for me before sending to the ER for my condition. I would definitely return there and recommend others to go there for urgent care!

The name on this is our sons. I, Barbara Handke, was the one at Urgent Care today. Other than the wait, which was somewhat expected, once I was showed to the room the medical assistant came in , was very friendly. I explained I just needed a prescription for Thrush as I was going out of town Sunday. Unfortunately, I also had another commitment in 20 mins. The doctor came in immediately, checked for Thrush and wrote me prescription for the medication I brought in, as I had Thrush before and did not have enough medication to get through the travel week. It was quick, well handled and I appreciate the doctor's efforts so I could make my next commitment.

The nurse and doctor are always very nice here. The wait was not horrible even though staff is short these days.. I like online check in and waiting in the car. The only thing I was not understanding with the check in on solv app is once you check in online it does not say whether you wait in your car or come in to wait once checked in. This should be more specific as I walked in to ask about it.

Dr. Laura Vrabel was phenomenal. She listened to my concerns, didn’t rush me or my care and I got down to the issue. Very sweet!! Would go again.

I visited the urgent care clinic on a Saturday in really bad weather. The staff are still super nice and helpful, and I was seen quickly. Dr. Sheridan super smart, nice and relatable. She listens to me attentively and get me what I need right away.
