Really nice place to just relax and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and mini kids water park. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of pillows to bury yourself into.

Update: I've had to leave my trailer in their parking lot due to tire problem. They've been very lenient with the time. But I want to point out an Employee Shannon who went WAY above and beyond to help me out. She volunteered to go out to trailer and take pics so I didn't have to drive all the way from Milwaukee and then went back to get different angles. I AM so grateful for her help.

Almost NO ONE was here, it was amazing. Great pool, comfy rooms, everything well maintained. The breakfast options were awesome too.

Had our family Christmas in one of their smaller conference rooms. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The overnight rooms were very comfortable.

Nice facility. The pool area is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Had to wait for breakfast items as they ran out, but was pleasant and said it was coming. The TV service went out all day.
It snowed, and I get that it takes a lot to get everything cleared. But I told the front desk at 9;30am, the the walkway from the door to the parking lot hadn't been cleared, and I fell on my way to the car. At 3, I returned back to the room, and the walkway still wasn't cleared. The walkway to the maintenance door was cleared with a shovel next to the door, so I took the shovel, and my daughter and I cleared the path to the door. When I told the girl at the front desk, she said the manager wasn't there, he didn't come in and she was told to take people's names and phone numbers and he'd reach out on Monday.
Very poor service.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic, the pool is the best pool we’ve been to and we travel for work so we go to a ton of hotels. The rooms are HUGE and the price is reasonable. Absolutely would recommend 100%!!

This is the joint! I love this place because it's a wonderful Water Park experience at a great price. Rooms have always been clean and well stocked. Employees have been kind, helpful, and considerate. The Water Park is great for small kids and the Hot Tub is great for all, nice and hot. If you are in the area I highly recommend this place for a Daycation or a Vacation Getaway, it won't let down. I don't throw five stars lightly.

For parents with small kids (ours are 2, 5, and 8) this place is amazing for the price. We came predominantly for the pool and I can’t believe how much attention, in a good way, was payed to it. Staff constantly checked the cleanliness and chemical levels. The hot tub, kiddie pool and main pool are all pretty good sized (sometimes pics online can be deceiving) so it was never too crowded. Considering breakfast is free, that was phenomenal too. Hot and cold options that were constantly stocked and super friendly staff. The rooms won’t blow your mind or anything, but with 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog it had everything we needed and was spacious enough. Every staff member we encountered was polite and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Not a knock on the hotel at all, but if you’re coming with small kids take advantage of the fridge and microwave in your room because there aren’t a ton of family friendly restaurants (other than fast food) in the immediate area.

Spent 2 nights here, very recommended. Clean room, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Affordable, clean, newish. Typical breakfast. Not fancy or filled with character but a very nice hotel in its price range and niche. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the pool area even in the dead of winter! Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good. As a whole, it's definitely a bargain for the price. We travel frequently for work and this hotel will go on our visit again list....Highly recommend!

The rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is good but not great, pool great, check in super fast, friendly staff.
Don't know why they built it here in the exterior part of the country. Not far from outlet store and city businesses. It's just weird not close to hwy .

Wow! Seriously good service on behalf of the front desk, shout out to Mr. Steven for making our booking and room extention seamless and effortless. Large accommodating rooms with everything you may need for a weeks stay. Good shower pressure and instant hot water. This place is huge, very clean and quiet. Close to major shopping centers also. Only downfall I find is the area doesn't have much to eat that I've found and this hotel has only one washer and dryer for laundry; however they are very affordable at $1 per wash and dry.

We booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding. The staff was so helpful in working with us. We are really looking forward to the stay in August

Went to a company party here of my husbands. I was super impressed with the room that was rented for the party. It felt nice and secluded from the rest of the hotel almost as if it were a stand alone hall. We also checked out the pool and it looks like it would be a blast for kids. I didn't get to see the actual rooms, but overall first impressions of hotel were good! Seems like a newer hotel that's well kept.

We were greeted with kind and smiling staff. The pool was fun for all ages. We all had a great nights sleep and got to wake up to an exceptionally nice hot breakfast. Great price!

We had a large group stay at this hotel in October for my son's wedding weekend. The hotel staff was SO nice to everyone!! They let us use the breakfast room a few evenings to have group dinners and hang out with all of our family from out of town, which was so nice and we appreciated that so much! We also had their rehearsal dinner in the ballroom on Friday night. Brenda Gatzke helped with the arrangements of this and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everything that we asked for, she helped make it happen. It really did make is so enjoyable and non-stressful to us!! The rooms were very nice and large, which is what we all wanted and needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and especially large groups! I was so very impressed with how great they were to all of us and trust me, there were times that we were loud and they were so patient! I appreciate all the members of the Comfort Suites Johnson Creek team. Thank you again!

One of my favorite hotels. I've been here several times and it is always pleasant. The pool area is great, rooms always clean. The breakfast is okay, no worse than any other hotel breakfast. Definitely a tried and true place to stay.

My husband & I had a whirlpool suite - worth every penny spent. It’s a town of 3k people roughly & it definitely shows. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds & slept like Like a baby.
If you’re on the way 2 or from the dead show this weekend, make this your base camp.
