Island Free Library

This is a beautiful little library (bigger than it looks) with a great friendly staff. Broadband WiFi can be accessed outdoors. Kids stuff down stairs, older collection upstairs.

The Block Island IFL is the friendliest and most professional community library on the East Coast, welcoming to residents, students, children and tourists. It is well worth a visit.

Awesome place to sit and rest for a mid afternoon break before heading back out. Wifi is spotty but air condition and wall outlets to charge your cell phone make up for it.

The women that work at this library are some of the rudest people on the island. They are so miserable with their lives that they insist on making everyone else's life miserable too. Nearly everyone I know has had bad experiences with them. Don't go here. Just order your books online.
