They get a bad wrap, BUT... when all restaurants are ahirt staffed, you gotta give them a break. Regardless, whoever was the line cook Wed night 01/10/24 did not disappoint. My burgers came fully loaded with ample condiments and served extra hot with crispy fries. Very pleased. Thanks, Mickey D''s.

The cashier was very friendly and the food was hot and delicious.

People want napkins in the bag. Food was fresh & hot.

Had a perfect quarter pounder. Glad to see McDonald's stepping it up. Maybe we'll keep the same format, with improved service. I heard about the New McDonalds becoming fully automated without human contact for food service. I hope this does not become the new norm soon. Good job, Northside Micky D's!

I ordered a iced coffee and it was made the way I like it and the girl came out to the car with a smile and said I hope I made it right it she did

Fast friendly service. Quality food.

We placed an online order. The person waiting on the counter did a great job & went out of his way to help fulfill our order. The only way the only sugar free McCafe item was out, leaving only two options, no McCafe or lots of unnecessary carbs.

Always a place for good food and fast service.

This McDonald's is NOT to be confused with the other one. The staff here was NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND MY ORDER WAS CORRECT... The first time.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's in life life span, this is by far the best one I have ever been to. They are the most patient, caring, hard working people I've ever ordered from. I HIGHLY recommend this fast food restaurant to everyone of all ages. Don't mind the negative reviews, best place ever.

If you're looking for a cheap hot breakfast take the time to eat inside. I had the best dinning experience of any restaurant in my entire life. Mrs. Geneva made my experience world class. Amazing attitude and excellent service.

McDonald's is a great place to get some quick and pretty cheap food. You could spend anywhere from a few dollars, to buying dinner for the entire family. The food is not extremely fancy or fancy at all for that matter. Though it is a great place to stop and buy a snack for the family after a long road trip. It usually only takes around 5-10 minutes if you are ordering threw the drive thru. If you decide to go inside to order, it would take around 7-13 minutes or 20-ish on a busy day. Customer service lacks a little and could be better.

The first McDonald's that got my order correct the first time. I had fresh chicken nuggets and fresh fries.If you ever want fresh fries from here ask for no salt on your fries, your welcome. 😂 overall the food was great and the service was good.

Actually had a great experience this time. Drive thru almost didn't stop it was quick

I don't normally eat at McDonald's but was in the mood for some of their fries and a burger. It really hit the spot yesterday. Didn't have to wait in line for very long either which was a plus.

Foods pretty good but the people arnt always nice and the atmosphere is a meh
