I know everyone’s experience is different. And yes it is a USED car lot that works with you if you don’t have the best credit. That was my situation. I know the car isn’t brand new. There will be some issues. But that wasn’t the case with me. I’m working on my credit and can’t afford a brand new vehicle. So please go in with the basic knowledge of a vehicle. Things to look for etc. j got a 2015 Honda pilot with 174k on it and it runs beautifully. I checked the basics and make sure to listen to the vehicle. The 2 brothers working there told me it is sold as is but if anything happens let us know immediately. I drove out in an hour. I appreciate this type of place for working folks who are trying to get things together. Every car won’t be perfect but we have to do our part and either bring a mechanic or check the basics to see if it’s something you can work with. I approve. Great spot!

Going in on a Friday- right before they closed, picked out my new car, test drove it, loved it and bought it, wouldn’t of been possible without Richard! He was so helpful and patient and truly cares about his customers! So glad I went there!

Great communication and very helpful getting my car. Few issues with some repairs but I fixed them. Overall very happy with my purchase and the Flex I bought. I recommend seeing them if you are in the market and they will honor their word and get your driving same day that's the truth. Great selection and honestly no hassle from these guys. Great service no hassle. They close at 4 on saturdays. I came there at 3:20 and left at 4:40ish with my new car! Super nice, fast and easy! Definitely recommend!

I have the Kia Rio 2013 and this is a wonderful car dealership! They work with you on your down payments and they are always work with you also on your car payment. I've recently had my wallet stolen from someone at work last week. They worked with me so I could get that caught up! If you communicate and your honest with them. They will do their best to help you.. I would highly recommend their cars and their service. They are always so friendly. Thank you Renaut for always working with me. My experiences with Sommer Auto have been great. Sure, I wasn't greeted with a bright and smiling face ready and willing to cater to my every desire. What I was greeted with was someone who did their job efficiently and quickly.

The man I worked with back in 2015 helped me find a car that suited my money situation, let me test drive it, and had everything ready by the time I came back. It's not a brand new car, this thing had 150k+ on it, but it was well taken care of. The process to buy and pay for the car was near effortless and I was in an out with a new-to-me car that ran well in less than 2 hours.

Paying the payments are a bit of a pain (I use bi-weekly payments because it fits with me better), mainly because of the high interest and the $5 card processing fee, but that's what you sign up for with BHPH, and I fully knew it going in.

And for some reason if you ever DO have an issue with payment, calling and speaking with Sommer herself isn't as bad as people take it out to be. Just now, I've been having some money issues so I called and got Sommer directly. I told her my situation, she empathized with me, and everything is all taken care of. They may not treat you like emperor of the galaxy every waking moment, but they treat you like a human being. If you stand up to your end of the bargain, they will find a way to work with you.

I know that when my car eventually bites the dust and if I'm still not in an optimal position to buy a brand new car, I'll probably go to Sommer Auto first.

TL;DR - They don't treat you like royalty, but they treat you FAIRLY. And that's all you can ask for from used car lots.

I've been dealing with Sommer Auto for over 15yrs and I have always had great experiences with them, some of these reviews I read on here sounds like people that couldn't do what they were suppose to do to keep their cars so they're mad. Any issues I've had with any car they were MORE than willing to get it fixed. Experience it for yourself don't believe everything that is written.

I was reading the other post and I am very surprised, however I work for a very large company and I see social media postings like this all the time, and what I learned is something my parents taught me. There are 2 sides to every story. I have bought 4 cars from them and I have had a issue here or there but remember these are used cars. Rims person, did you have your mechanic check the car out first? That's what I do. Be smart when you buy cars.Just think about it.
I wanted to add to my post by saying I have been reading some of these customers that have so many complaints, and as I have said before, these are used cars, if you want a new car go get one, if you are looking at older used cars you need to expect some issues.
Sommer Auto has gone above and beyond for me and my family so my suggestion would be instead of complaining go get a new car if not understand what market you are in.

I want to add that Katosha you calling Sommer racist is ignorant. Stop pulling out the race card. It really isnt becoming. If you have a problem have you thought maybe to look in the mirror.

I got my Buick from this lot & im in love with it very good mileage. Very great customer service the people were very helpful. The lady that takes the car payments is amazing and helped with a lot & explaining the payments & very thorough! Very pleased !
