St. Mary of Victories Catholic Church

Beautiful historic Catholic church of Hungarian decent. Services only once a month now. Listed on National Register of Historic Places.

This church is one of the most amazing and beautiful churches in the entire city of St. Louis. The Double Choir loft is amazing. In fact, they even have a relic of the true cross, a relic of Mary's cloak, and Joseph's Robe! The only way to describe this church is a Hidden Gem. Though it may not be in the best area of the city and is nearly blocked by the interstate. It is still an amazing church that i highly recommend that you go to!

Saint Mary’s of Victories is one of the prettiest churches in this Archdiocese. Honestly wish this place was better located, but the Masses here are beautiful and worth it!

This one is not as spectacular as the cathedral. It's the second oldest church in town. It is very pretty yet sits on the edge of a blighted part of town that's just starting to redevelop. The inside of the church is very beautiful and the priest was very helpful describing the history.

Sunday morning 9am mass is Latin, but it is the new mass (Novus Ordo). 11am mass is English, but it has a bit of Hungarian. They are adding a Saturday English mass at 7pm on a trial basis beginning April 10, 2021.

An amazing Church with Amazing History. The second oldest Catholic Church in St. Louis is worth a Visit especially during Mass. Father Harrison is the sweetest kindest priest who leads mass and makes it very special and meaningful.

A beautiful Catholic church, filled with history. Father Harrison leads the Latin Right Mass each weekday 8 AM with such beauty and reverance. Helpful Latin to English translation missels are avaialble to those of us not so familiar with the Latin Mass. Not in the fanciest area of STL that is for sure...but DON'T let that deter you! Come and worship the Lord!

This church is one of the lesser-known treasures in the downtown area. It is rich in its 175 year old history and is on the National Register of Historic places.

2nd oldest church in St Louis. Went on tour and lunch. Rev Harrison gave us an excellent tour and history of St Mary's.
