Verizon

Jacob was an excellent help. We chose our two new phones and one was quickly configured and ready for use. One of our phones had a lot more data to transfer and so the process was taking time. His time on shift ended and Cassidy saw the process through to completion. We are so grateful for all of the extra care provided to make this process successful! Our new phones and accessories are fantastic!

Cassidy was wonderful. She was so helpful and patient with assisting me with getting a new Pro Max phone. I will be back to see her in the future!

I went in the Troy, Oh. store to switch my phone & internet services over to Verizon. I knew this process would take a little while. Jacob was the employee who helped me. I'm probably 45 years older than Jacob, didn't seem to matter to him. We joked and laughed through the entire process. I felt like I got a great deal with Verizon and Customer Service!

Today when I visited the service center, Kristy was Verizon representative.

She was excellent. She answered all of my questions and did some research to help me further! I am computer challenged and her patience was exceptional.

I had to come into Verizon this past week because my phone was acting wonky. As a 25 year old millennial I truly can usually fix my tech issues on my own however this one wasn’t going to go my way. We met with Jacob who let us know he was new and only had been there 2 weeks. His personality was not your usual sales type of pushy and assertive but instead was so friendly, knowledgable, (and when he didn’t know something he wasn’t afraid to ask for help instead of making up something on the spot.) and cared about my issue as much as I did. My husband and I spent an hour talking to him and never felt the burden of having to purchase a new phone or feel like we were pressured into buying the most expensive model they had. He was understanding and truly walked us through the whole process and instead of waiting for phone contacts apps and pictures to transfer feeling like pulling teeth, he made the process fly by. We really enjoyed working with Jacob and wish him the best in his future with Verizon. I know we will request him if we have to come back!

Cassidy was great. She really was patient with my mom. My mother is in her 70's. Cassidy was so kind with assisting her with her new phone and answered every question she had about if we added my dad to my mom's accounts. I only come to Troy and I only see Cassidy. Cassidy helped me when I bought my new phone. So I brought my mom in today to see Cassidy so Cassidy can help my mom to get her new phone.

Cassidy is amazing! Took the time to do everything we needed and never tried to upcharge or buy things we didn’t need. We left with new phones, a watch, and never had to do anything when we got home! And got a great deal! Unlike Huber Heights, Troy will set everything up for you in the store. We even were able to get home internet with a super easy set up for only $39 a month! We will always go to this location for all of our Verizon needs!

I recently switched my service from att to Verizon and had the absolute pleasure of working with Cassidy at this store. Cassidy was amazing! I had a complicated situation and she resolved all of my problems and even came in on her day off to make sure we got everything taken care of! Also, she was great with my kids and we had a blast! Cassidy’s customer service skills are unparalleled and you should definitely go see her for any Verizon needs! Thanks Cassidy!!!

Josh was very knowledgeable! He helped my mother get a new phone and switched all her stuff over. He gave her a great deal on the phone accessories! If you go in the store ask for Josh

Cassidy was at the Troy store on Sunday. She was pleasant, not pushy and knowledgeable. She gave me options as she attempted to repair my phone. She exemplifies one of the more professional employees that store had had. I highly recommend using her.

Once again Cassidy gave us great service as we updated our phones. Used to work for places like this so I can appreciate that she made recommendations based on what she thought would fit into our lives and not just what she needed to sell for a month. Keep up the great work!

I have not had a new phone in 10 years and I wanted to review my account with Verizon. When I went into the Troy Verizon store, I met Josh. He was very friendly from the start. He reviewed my account and was able to put my family on a new plan and save quite a bit of money. He was patient and knowledgeable as I asked questions. He set up my new phone and helped me transfer from my old phone. I would highly recommend Josh if you need help/service with Verizon. She is always so friendly and patient. She helps us understand what it is we're signing up for, how it will look on our bill and finding us the best deals available!
