I have had insurance with Andre Padilla’s State Farm office ever since he took the office over from the previous agent who retired. He is the most responsive and hands-on insurance agent with whom I have ever worked. When I applied for life insurance, he met me on my lunch break at my work - in San Diego when he is based in N. County - to complete the application. When I call or email about an issue or with a question, I receive a response within 24 hours. I emailed on Sunday at 9 pm about a missing tax form. I received a reply at 9 am the next day - a holiday Monday - with the information I needed. Andre’s customer service is OUTSTANDING..
