With the imminent threat of tornado, staff provided exceptional service by troubleshooting a part failure. The kindness of staff offered shelter while considering their own safety. Upon return in the morning, another staff continued exceptional service by identifying an effective solution, enabled repair, and saved hundreds in unnecessary expense. Grateful to the humanity of the customer-oriented crew.

The customer service here is great, especially Brock. He is incredibly helpful. I came in needing new wiper blades and he was able to find out what I needed and he replaced them for me. The store was busy but Brock still was able to help me and replace the blades. Brock deserves a raise.

Huge thanks to CB for the big help. Stopped in and needed to replace my car battery. CB was quick to help and was able to fulfill all my needs. So appreciated of all of his hard work and help, highly recommend stopping in for any car needs!

Stopped by due to a light coming on for my car. They were very polite and quick to help. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any of your car needs. To top it off the store was immaculate. Took less than 7 minutes to have my problem solved and pick up one other item I needed. Great place to keep your car in good shape.

We were driving to Michigan on a business trip in terrible rain! Our wipers on our rental car were awful! We couldn’t see at all! We stopped at the Troy, Ohio, Auto Zone and Chad waited on us. He went out in the rain to find the make model and year of the car, advised us not to put on too expensive a wiper because it’s a rental, told us the sizes we needed, rung us up, then went BACK out in the rain and installed them for us! Thank you, Chad!!!!!!

As always, the staff here at Autozone is amazing. I enjoy the friendliness and how helpful they are on getting my vehicle back on the road. Today I stopped in for battery swap and they got to it right away.

Changed my oil in the parking lot and gave the used oil for recycling. They let me use their paper towels and dumped the oil for me. They even wiped the oil pan for me and gave me a trash bag to put the catch pan into so I don't get any oil in my car. Love yhe place and the service. Second to none. Thanks guys.

Lori and Ross were extremely helpful and kind!! They helped us put a new lightbulb in when it was close to closing and below freezing! We appreciate the wonderful service!!! Thank you!!!

Having difficulty starting my car, suspected battery going bad, in that it was 7 years old. I was able to get it over to AutoZone. I worked with Dan who tested my battery. It in fact registered “bad” on the meter. He quickly replaced with new battery, and had me on my way in no time. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Great experience.

oo my goodness soo very thankful for Nate and Dan at the troy location! they were soo helpful with my battery, they came out and tested things to make sure that was the problem and explained why things were they way they were. and spent time figuring out a slight issue with the terminal! They were amazing and so kind and friendly! i always have such nice guys at the troy store and i am always very happy with the service and how nice they are!

I had a pleasure of getting assistance frome Jake J today he was a great help, he went above and behind to make sure I got home safe, I really appreciate his help.

They treat you good here. They give you the wrong part occassionally (certain workers are more prone to this lol) but they have always made it up to me. Customer service goes a long way with me. Especially when the business made a mistake and they make it right. Bravo!

Still my favorite parts store. The guys are always eager to help me find what I need, and help me whenever I get into a pickle. Their employees are some of the friendliest around.

Not just a place for cars either. I went there with a friend when the log splitter got a leak in the fuel line. They had the perfect piece in their scrap bin behind the counter and didn't even charge us for it since it was only a few inches. If you have mechanical problems of any kind and think you can fix it on your own, stop in, they can help you get it done.

Tyler B helped me out with a blown fuse and was just awesome! I appreciate how willing he was to get on the ground to get under my dash, even after it rained. Going above and beyond. I am so grateful!!!
