Cardo/Goldwing, I am always having problems getting to use all the features on my Cardo Edge on my 2022 Gold Wing DCT Tour. The Cardo folks are very helpful with everything to do with Cardo but can't answer any questions with it comes to the Gold Wing interface. At Daytona Bike Week this year, Sierra had a Cardo flag flying over they trailer. All the way to Daytona I had not been able to use all my Cardo features, and I was very frustrated. I had not bought my Cardo from Sierra and I was not in the market to buy anything from them, but I thought I would just ask if they we familiar with the Cardo/Gold Wing setup. Long story short, these people are wonderful, give them all the business you can, they will take care of you. Grandma said bring your helmet and bike over and DOUG will fix it. I DOUG love. He made everything work. When it works, Cardo/Gold Wing is the best and Doug 'll make it work.

Great service and professional headset installation. I ordered my helmet with custom wired headset installation on a weekend. First thing Monday morning I had an email update letting me know they had to order the helmet and would have it in Wednesday. Thursday morning I got a shipping notification email and the helmet arrived Saturday. The headset installation was very clean, much better than I could have done and the total price was hardly more than I would have paid buying the helmet and headset separately. Will definitely shop here again.

I've been going to Sierra Electronics for about 6 years and they are awesome! They are very reasonably priced and they always do an amazing job. They are very friendly and their quotes for pricing and timing of work are accurate (not to mention, they do great quality work). I recommend them to all of my friends. I have had some special circumstances that have required them to fabricate something from scratch to get something to work with my bike. I used to try local places to get some help with my electronic issues but the local places often could not help me or have told me "that can't be done". Well, I just wasn't calling the right place because when I called Sierra, they knew how to get it done. They just have the best customer service and I have been happy with them every single time I have needed them. They rock! I'd like to thank them for always being willing to help me out and for always going that extra mile that so many companies just aren't willing to do anymore. Thanks!

Extremely friendly and pleasant family business for 35 years...THEY KNOW MOTORCYCLE AUDIO INSIDE AND OUT!
They told me info about my gl1500 panasonic and how it performs thats not in the owners or shop manual. I have my unit in for preventative maint, and upgrades. He looked at our speakers that were worst that J&M had...he replaced them with MUCH better quality and volume speakers...and went ahead and fixed a plastic piece on our helmets that was broken N/C!! Diane was WONDERFUL to talk to also....and their facility and property was gorgeous!! Radio should be back in 3 days!!

Drove 100 miles there, WELL worth the trip...if you are on the other side of the country....this is your "go to" audio experts...Goldwing...Harley Davidson and everything in between! Kudos to the Sierra Family team! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!

UPDATE: dropped off Radio on Saturday afternoon. ...Monday afternoon received call repairs complete, works great, paid bill and it is being shipped back! NOW THAT IS FAST SERVICE!!!!

I am fortunately able to make the trip to Sierra Electronics from Cincinnati and am ALWAYS pleased with the service I receive! Everybody there goes out of their way to make sure the customer is #1. This is the only place I will shop for electronics for my '06 Goldwing!

You guys are the BEST!!! My garage door came down on my dual antennas on my goldwing on friday and bent them to hell. I jumped on your website and ordered the Dual black antennas for my gl 1800 friday evening. By monday morning my mailman had a surprise for me. 2 brand new black dual am fm cb antennas. I was in shock!!! SUPER FAST SHIPPING couldn't have asked for better service. I dont think i even had a chance to look up a tracking number. Passing by on a trip when the helmet latch broke on the flip face. Randomly stopped in and they had a new helmet ready and switched the sound system into the New helmet. Quickly and graciously.
