Fort Knox Self Storage

The staff of Fort Knox Leesburg VA are courteous, polite, professional, and informative. They understand their business, facility, and service, I cannot thank them enough for their effort. Based on my experience, everyone can feel confident conducting business there.

I have been using Fort Knox in Leesburg (on and off) since 1988 when I came home from the Gulf War (USAF Flight Nurse). I required a clean, well-managed and secure facility, all of which Fort Knox exhibited (then and now). In April 2021, I required their services, again. I am particularly impressed with the current manager, Janet Rose Loomis. I believe she is honest and very diligent in executing the duties required of a storage facility manager. Furthermore, she has treated me with kindness, and as though I am family. Occasionally, I hear her interact with other customers, and can easily discern that she treats others with the same kindness. They take great care of the place, and Liz is always professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and responsive. I tell all my clients to rent there, whether they have long or short term needs, and will continue to be a client myself!

I just left the storage and I would like to say that Liz has really done a wonderful job keeping it neat and clean. I was glad to see the steps clear of cobwebs and bird dropping. Even the outside looks like a play area for volleyball. She has really done an awesome job.

I went to several other storage places around Leesburg before deciding to go with Fort Knox. There were several reasons I chose them, but the manager Liz is by far the biggest reason. She is super friendly and always greats you with a big smile.

I have been a customer for over a year at the Leesburg facility and have found it to be clean and secure. The manager Liz is always available either in person or by phone and she is very helpful, patient and kind. I would refer my friends.

I have had a unit at the Leesburg location for years. I have been happy with this location enough that we now have a second unit. The staff that I have dealt with, Joannie and Sheila are both very helpful. When I can't remember codes, forget my keys in my lock and call them, I have found them both very pleasant and helpful. I have no problems with either of my units.
